honor-death-and-hangovers:
As most of you know, Yasuo has a lot of hair. But heâs pretty good at managing all that, even on the worst days. Itâs not often that one finds him out and about looking like he got up on the wrong side of the bed. But this was a very unusual day. He was in his spot at the tavern, at the back, staring hard at his untouched drink with a somewhat shell shocked expression. There werenât many people there at this time of day, but he did look up to see someone he sort of knew taking a seat nearby.
"Talon!" Yasuo whispered fiercely, even though there was no reason to whisper. He got up, clinging to his drink, and replaced himself at the other manâs table. "Good god, man, thereâs something in my room. I canât go back." He breathed and looked around before continuing. "I donât know where it came from. I donât know if itâs a he or a she. I donât know what to do." He was gripping the edge of the table, frowning seriously at Talon. "Itâs a⊠baby. Iâll give you anything. Iâll pay you. Just tell me what to do."
There werenât exactly any adoption services at the Institute, or spare mothers waiting around for an extra, or any other helpful things for that matter.Â
Yasuo scratched the back of his head and blinked before saying quickly, âI donât mean⊠you canât kill it. Thatâs not what I mean.â
A content little sigh fell from the assassins lips as he took his seat in the tavern, bringing his drink up to his lips. This time of day was the best to come here, seeing as he was less likely to be bothered.
Or..so he thought.
Talon briefly thought about sinking under the table to try and hide when he heard someone call out to him, but he didnât get the chance before they took the initiative to sit at his table. Grumbling internally he lifted his eyes to look at his company. âYou know I would really rather..be..Wow you look like shit.â He had lost his train of thought completely as soon as he got a good look at the ronin across from him. He looked like he got ran through by one of his own cyclones.
The assassin could only listen as Yasuo chattered on frantically. Wait, what? âWoah woah woah, hold on a second.â He held up a hand, a look of disbelief apparent on his face. âYouâre telling me that thereâs a baby in your room. Like, a real baby? A human one? And you donât know where it came from?"Â
Talon had to laugh at how disheveled the samurai was, all because of a little baby. Though, to be fair..he wasnât sure how better off he would be. With a sigh, he nodded his head slowly, giving in. Heâd help him out, this time. âAlright, so..â He pursed his lips, thinking for a moment. âIs it yours?âÂ
