I know there are some of you out there who don’t skate, but WANNA skate, but haven’t started for whatever reason.  I GOTCHOO: here is a BLOOD OATH, sworn ON CARDIEL that you WILL start puttin in that work in the new year.  Repost this, comment your consent or tag a homie who needs this oath.  Stop waiting to skate; start being done waiting so you can begin NOT waiting and stop not skating and start YES skating. Got it?! If you can’t afford a board, a  lotta towns have charities run by local shops that’ll hook you up with a board.  Check if your town has a down-as-fuck shop that’s got your back.  (MINE does.)

If you’re worried about dickheads and assholes vibing you: Anybody putting in genuine effort on a board, regardless of skill level is NOT a poser.  Anybody who would treat that person like a poser IS a fuckin kook.  (Same goes for dudes making shit uncomfortable for women and/or queer skaters; fuck those dudes.  They’re slowly getting pushed out and most skaters are supportive.)
