Just something thats been on my mind))

Alright so here's just a little something that got on my nerves last night, and really i understand not many people will particularly care. 

One of my close friends that i have made here at my MOS school out here in Fort Leonard Wood, has really been feeling down about herself for a few reasons. To start off, she's the only female in my platoon of 25, so she feels that she has some sort of obligation to do better for fear of being made fun of or talked down to. 

Next thing, she's not really healthy at the moment, mainly because she has a set of standards that she has to make in order to stay in the Marine Corps. The only reason why she's having any difficulty is because of her body type. If she maintains an overall healthy diet and lifestyle, she loses weight and gets in shape, which isnt good for her mainly because she would fall below her lowest weight for her height. so now she has to eat crap and overall thats making her feel even more down about herself
