If one were to describe Emma White with a single word, it would beperfectionist. The White family has always been the major player on the Rivercourt Valley social scene and Emma has learned how to enjoy that spotlight. Her childhood was…perfect. One of the richest and most powerful in Rivercourt, with Mr. Popular elder brother Logan and his best friend Nicholas Archibald, little sister Jamie; who followed Emma everywhere; the elder sister Kat—the school hottie— made up the perfect family. But she also had her clique of friends; Jackie and Will, and a high class event at the White mansion monthly. With a childhood like that it was no wonder that Emma adored her rich parents, and even still at the age of 21, she’s truly daddy’s little princess. Unlike her siblings, she still maintains a close relationship with her father and is the only member of the family who knows the true reason behind his disappearance. 

It’s safe to say that the term ‘one true love’ is strange for Emma. Although she’s been in a relationship with Will Lewis and flirted with lots of other guys, she never truly loved anyone. Will was an important person in her life and probably always will be, but he meant different thing for her. Despite the fact that she had amazing best friends, she needed another kind of friend. A friend who would enjoy long walks along the park discussing literature, a friend who would watch old movies with her, and that friend was Will. Soon Emma realized that he had feelings for her and she decided to give the relationship a chance, but months later she came to understanding that Will would always be her best friend; nothing else. 

As she grew up, everything started to fall apart. It all began when her parents ran in opposite directions. Old friends scattered, her father went away, Logan was always busy…Her perfect life was crumbling. But unlike the rest of her sisters, Emma isn’t giving up on her family. She still tries to keep the prestige of the infamous White family. Because of her strive to perfection, lots of people think of her as a fake, or a shallow bitch who gets everything with her family’s money and connections. But this isn’t true. Emma really works hard for her academic achievements. Always surrounded by her new best friend, Cassie Hudson, she shows off her skill of being a natural leader any chance she gets. During high school she was every teacher’s pet, little miss know-it-all and that hasn’t changed now that’s she’s in college. Emma is still one of the best students in her major field of political science at Belmont University.
