writing rope.
by emma/Rowan/Cam.
i get sad about missing my chances with words - my chances at molding, my chances at holding, my chances at sharing back and forth - between myself and others, my selves and others -
it’s so been a game of double triple dutch - really like quadruple quintuple and more - so many ropes moving in so many ways, in so many waves, such blinking small windows of time and space to join the thump-thump-thump with the clickity clackity click of keys.
but look - we’re finding the space! and look - we’re making the time! spinning and bouncing along some wandering path on which we tenderly blot emotions in pixels and voice and ink.
everything.
by Ahsisi and the unnamed remainder.
everything is so much, all the time - ripples and cycles and iterations, over and over, over and over, layered over and over in space and time and dimensions beyond.
over and over and over and over and over and over and over - is it any wonder I wish it could all Stop, just stay still, for a moment, please, just a moment, to catch my breath -
and I realize my shabbes last week was taken from me, and my whelm being so over makes so much more sense.
the multiverse.
by xholmahn horizon
hashem speaks to me in sunsets and sunrises (swiftly flow the days, swiftly fly the years -) the splendor of water and land, and in all beings! singing praise with the pulse of their existence, all their iterations, l'dor vador at every level all the fractals spiraling in and up throughout space and time and what goes beyond those, too.
all these systems, existing together. nourishing each other, breathing life and fire and spark thrumming into existence with the ripples of their effects on themselves and each other.
no matter how far removed from the ocean, the sea.... i've still got these salt water tears inside of me.
a poem by @kelpforestdwellers and their phone that we couldn’t resist giving a quick record.

i think the only fair response would be to allow the author to reply: “thank you for your time and energy is finite to me and my grammar is nonexistent for the first time yesterday”
wonderful, amazing, fantastic!

whomst wants to check out this blog a bit and like/reblog/comment on some stuff to help us affirm that us engaging in creation is worthwhile?
there’s poetry, there’s word art, there’s photography, there’s affirmations, there’s visual art, and there’s more yet!
some specific posts that we’d love attention on: an actual honest to goodness piece of Miraculous fanart, an illustrated Hebrew morning prayer, a galaxy we found, the Tiny Defiant Chicken, a Magical Screaming Possum -
no pressure at all - we were just looking through our archive on this blog, and recognizing there were a lot of pieces that newer followers may not have seen, and... figured we’d make a post about it, as a way to share some of those pieces, and simultaneously help us gather momentum to get more frequently creatively active, and therefore more active on this blog!

infinite love.
by Aretz Nozel
we confess/profess our feelings so often, heart in our throat - where else should they be, elevated and thrumming from connection and spark?
and we worry, sometimes; we worry often that this makes us Broken - that this makes us Too Much - how much we love, how many we love, how easy and fast we can be to entwine souls and energy.
but we only worry such things because we have been told we are Wrong - by so many people with such Power over us, we were told we were Wrong in so many ways, among them being that we love too much and too many, not belying our emotional experience appropriately to societal box and convention.
when we look at what these loves have brought to our lives - when we feel the shimmers and sparks that travel in arcs, in weave and web between minds and bodies and souls - when we see the joy and peace and wholeness it brings us and others, to love like this, to love like we do, to love like us - it is worth the pain of resistance.
Because all that is good in our lives has come from love, and all the healing and growth we've been through was brought forth from love, and Hashem Made us out of Love, and the vividness of existence is couched in love of endless forms, and we would not wish our souls to diminish themselves or to hide; we will continue glowing and shimmering bright around those who give us such life.
we are Made of Love, and we will Be Love, because we Choose Love; and we will love ourselves and others/othered to our very own heart's content.

here is another of the wonderful @kelpforestdweller‘s extremely lovely poems, desert blooming flower, which we felt moved to record a version of this morning.
transcript follows below.
I do believe that this is our first time sharing audio recordings we’ve done of someone else’s poetry on TFT! This is a poem by our wonderful friend, @kelpforestdweller that just really spoke to us and wanted to be read, so we got permission from xer and then recorded it today!
[cw for themes of abuse and survivorhood, and mentions of street harassment and bugs.]
