Guzma is probably one of the few characters where I don’t have a set opinion on their build. Hear me out:
Guzma is very skinny. His ribs poke out. He is positivity skeletal, because he makes sure his grunts have food. He’ll go days without to keep his found family healthy and fed.
Or, he has a bit of a tummy because his diet is garbage. Ramen noodles, chips, soda, cheap junk food. They can buy a lot of it for very little money.
Or or, the man is pure muscle under those baggy clothes. He has to be strong enough to lift his golisopod, of course
