"Any of them could've executed the failsafe, it would've killed every member of Deepground all at once. They were nothing more than a loose end to us." Weiss stated simply as he couldn't really care about whether Xehanort thought about keeping them alive if he was in the Tsviet's place. That was just a hypothetical about a past situation, something not worth the consideration at this point.
"The point is to minimize giving a potential enemy a tool to use against me." Weiis would rebuke, using the prior statement regarding them both keeping the full extent of their powers hidden from each other. "The issue isn't due to the numbers. If I can keep from having my focus split between several issues, I would prefer to keep it that way. My numbers are meaningless due to your capabilities."
Weiss wasn't going to personally admit it, but the master had the skills that would even give the leader himself trouble and he couldn't tell that there would be a clear winner.
"I will have a sample made for you. You definitely seem knowledgable enough to figure out how it is made. Will that be sufficient?" He wasn't going to do so without making some adjustments to ensure that he had a special safety mechanism that would only affect those injected by the sample.
"Shelke's network makes it instant to organize and direct our forces. She can handle the information input and can determine the optimal positioning. A force without the necessary means of support is doomed to fail." Weiss stated, though Shelke herself wasn't responsive to the compliment as she keeps focused on her objective.
The area would shake slightly as a man almost nine and a half feet talk walks over, carrying a aircraft rocket system like it was mere child's toy. "So, you are the person that Weiss has taken an interest in?" Azul stated, that while he personally didn't see anything interesting about Xehanort, he wasn't going to go against Weiss's orders. "My name is Azul the Cerulean." The man would make an introduction, resting the weapon system on his shoulder to free up a hand should a handshake be presented, though Azul wasn't going to be surprised if it wasn't.
Xehanort hmph'ed, tsk'ing. "Fair enough -- it's only natural you try to protect yourself,'' he agreed with the other, as he pulled at the strands on his face. "Focus is incredibly important. It's what drives us." As much as he was dark, the elder could nevertheless empathize. He chuckled at the next bit. How disappointing - but how much was that accurate? Even if it were only mild or moderate increases in power, it'd still do wonders on already enhanced power-filled people no doubt. He could easily secure another path to victory through this... Perhaps experiment with the Riku Replica, or of No. i? No, a copy of both ... contained within their very own Data World.
He nodded, bringing himself back to the situation at hand. "That should be sufficient, yes. I can only imagine I could replicate the serum as well in due time. Weeks." ..He had to be patient in using it, even if time felt a bit constrained. It depended majorly on whether or not the Guardians of Light were ready.
..He wouldn't dare trust handing any of the information, nor the sample, over to Vexen. Not when he heard rumors of the other trying to play double-agent. This serum could determine the tides of War. He's seen the limited amount of power already, afterall. No, he had to hoard it to himself. Keep it secret, even if he knew his Others would find out one way or another.
".. Indeed,'' he said, as he allowed himself to be dragged out of his thoughts, and hummed. Quite the.. opposite of the Organization. But then again, Xehanort had made sure to build the 'support' himself through making vessels of its members. Insurance. A safety net. A solid grounding, no matter what.
He then gazed over to Azul, taking in his large form, tilting his head back to stare up at the other. He nodded as a greeting, though not offering said-hand at all. Politeness would be enough. "Indeed, I am - I am Xehanort." He tilted his head, eyes boring into the taller man, though not feeling one bit threatened due to the man's size. "I see you are his defense in a way?"
"Even if we tried to inject them, some might not be deterred by it." Weiss stated, considering that some might be such a devoted employee to ShinRa that even dying for them would be a valuable use of their lives. If anything, they should at least make themselves useful to Weiss for experiments.
Hearing the offer being accepted, Weiss would shift his attention toward Shelke. "Shelke, inform the soldier's to make the serum." Shifting his attention back toward Xehanort. "Though there will always be information that we each keep from the other, there has to be some extent of concession. Comrade would be pushing it. This might be best described as a strategic partnership." Weiss would remark.
"Order has been received and acknowledged. Soldiers are moving." Shelke stated, making sure that the information regarding the presented order. "Weiss, Nero is finishing up extermination of WRO soldiers in sector 17. He'll be returning once he is finished." Shelke would later add on.
Weiss would hear the information, but wouldn't react. "Your methods most likely are different, but given the calm demeanor amidst your extended departure, you know the importance of having a foundation." Weiss honestly didn't know for sure, but at the least felt that it would be a safe guess to say it was different.
Azul wasn't at all surprised that Xehanort wasn't intimidated, after all, the Keyblade Master was someone that had Weiss's interested. "When I am not needed at the front line, yes." It would require large concentration of forces to necessitate bringing in the towring Tsviet.
"Azul's main directives are minimize the acquisition of reconnaisance information that is directed against us. When enemy positions are identified, Azul is sent to maximize the damage done to such positions." Shelke states from her seat.
"Every Tsviet has personalized equipment to maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses in as few pieces as possible." Weiss states calmly, though somewhat vagulely as the equipment varies with the Tsviet inquired about.
"Those who fail to think through their actions are prone to such obvious ploys." Weiss stated simply, a simply flourish of his hand effectively mirroring waving off those described by the statement like flies not worth swatting.
"Only the wise are worth consideration, those who rely on brute strength will be pushed to revealing their full capabilities and then subdued." They have a mixture of brute force and wisdom, though the wisdom largely laid with Weiss himself.
"The scientists have been killed in order to ensure the safety mechanism doesn't activate. There should be notes on the injections, but given the nature, I have it under constant watch to ensure that it isn't used against our forces. Access permissions will be from me personally and unauthorized access may have unpleasant response." Weiss stated calmly.
The notes were actually separated throughout the base in several locations. Given the visor's ability to spread information, it didn't make much of a deterrent for them. The visor's also allowed for rapid relay of orders. Unauthorized access would respond with the notes in other sections being destroyed as well as simple kill orders.
"If you want access, I have to ensure that you have no intention of using the injection against Deepground." Weiss stated simply. The word potential ally that Xehanort had used earlier would be utilized in the response.
"Weiss, Azul has finished his sweep of the perimeter and is on his way over." Shelke stated from her post.
''Hmm, they weren't strong enough,'' he muttered harshly, dipping his brows. It did bother the elder -- but he didn't know the entire circumstance. ''You simply didn't trust them,'' he said with a note of disdain throughout his tone, but also of understanding. "It was a matter of survival - and they've lost that battle quite easily." If anything, it felt a betrayal against one's own forces - an unprompted one. Not that he hadn't done the same myself -- tossed others off to the side.
He tilted his head, as the other belted out about 'promises'. "Whatever I say could only pacify you to a certain degree - whether or not I decide to lie. Then again - due to your numbers, if I were to carry out such actions, you'd no doubt catch me relatively quickly." Walking Weiss through it - to prove how pointless it'd be.
"I see that hints for me to be able to use it on others outside of your organization, if I so wished to - correct?"
He allowed a beat to pass through them before attempting to open his mouth again. But no. ''Azul,'' he repeated, committing the name again to memory. Especially if he were to work with the Deepground. ".. if anything, I find it far intriguing how seemingly well-put together Deepground is. It's not simple to build such a massive amount of forces."
"Any of them could've executed the failsafe, it would've killed every member of Deepground all at once. They were nothing more than a loose end to us." Weiss stated simply as he couldn't really care about whether Xehanort thought about keeping them alive if he was in the Tsviet's place. "Pitiable, yes. Those that are satisfied with the current state grow lax and do little more than drag others around them down. It is a despicable epidemic that almost caused the death of the world and now they are incapable of seeing that the population boom has only accelerated the collapse of the planet." He stated, knowing that people would be too willing to resort to the simplest life, regardless of the cost.
"There was an eco group known as Avalanche that sought to destroy the reactors to save the planet. However, the damage was always escalated beyond their intent to twist their actions to Shinra's benefit." Feed the people's fears and insecurities to tighten their belief in Shinra, even if in the end they didn't care about them.
"The enhancement vary with the member of the Tsviet. Some of us have speed, others have power. That one that met us at the elevator, her name is Shelke the Transparent. She wasn't gifted with either, but was gifted with intelligence instead." Though the fact that it could potentially go against Hojo's designs who inhabited Weiss's mnd made her a tool awaiting its disposal. "I have acquired both speed and power." A calm smirk formed as Xehanort established a quick yet correct assumption. "Much like yourself, I keep the full extent of my abilities concealed. Though for most of the enemies I have, even that is more than what is needed."
"A secondary effect of the combination of gene splicing and the injection was a controllable transformation. Though the transformation is bestial in appearance, it is the full release of our abilities." Weiss stated simply. "Though it is large and makes it hard for us to stay hidden."
"The injections on the standard soldiers was mediocre, but enough in the numbers that they were given. Increased strength, endurance, and reflexes. The outfit and equipment was initially designed by Shinra, but was refined by Shelke."
Weiss would approach a central throne like structure before taking a seat. "One of our members hold a power similar to your own, though the extent may not be the same. Each person has a set of weapons to best utilize their abilities."
Oh, the list for my reasons grow longer by the second... A hand went and gripped at his shirt. This world's suffering matched with some of the other worlds' suffering, certainly. This was the precise reason why he'd have to go to such lengths .. "Messy,'' he simply commented, sighing as he released the white material. "It's like an endless cycle. One group tries to fix it.. but gets swallowed up into the carnage instead." He could have laughed at the sheer irony of it all.
He scoffed, eyes twinkling expectantly. "I have figured, there was something hidden within your movements." But then again, he was a seasoned warrior, having fought for so many years. ''That explains it. It seemed you had a .. hesitancy within your step." He very much did the same, especially when not trusting an acquaintance - but it seemed like this situation was shaping to be quite atypical. He let out a flat-out chuckle escape through his lips and a shake of the head. "It is wise to do so - one never knows if their abilities could be used against them. Even by potential allies."
He then listened, even looking elsewhere, as if the woman would still be there. Imagine if my replicas could have such tweaks ...
He blinked, watching the other.
"Would you happen to have notes on such injections and the like? Is there a scientist around?'' He tilted his head.
"Of course, I may find this highly useful for my own allies, as we battle against our enemies in a world much like this one... as we attempt to fix it." Reset it.

"Weiss, Azul has finished his sweep of the perimeter and is on his way over." Shelke stated from her post.
"Here, you probably wouldn't have lasted as long as you have. Not many people with your amount of experience are able to utilize it at your age." Weiss stated, seeing no reason to be apologetic about claiming the master was old, but complimented his abilities and whatever kept him as capable as he was.
The elevator did not begin to move up. It actually started to travel deep underground. "The lands were barren and rife with monsters. The company set up walls to protect the people and utilized the Lifestream to help the land grow food while also protecting the reactors." Though a lot of areas had the same problem, none of them killed the planet for the sake of the people.
"The heads of Shinra sought a place that claimed to be paradise. They saw this planet to be nothing more than an expendable stepping stone. Only those that lived on the elevated plates would be invited to the paradise. The people that lived on the ground would be left behind." Weiss stated, though whether or not the planet was such a paradise, Hojo would be able to do whatever experimentation he pleased.
Once the elevator had stopped, a young woman was standing outside, looking between the two men before speaking. "Weiss, should I gather the Tsviets to meet the guest?" The woman spoke calmly yet in a monotonous voice.
"Once they are free, yes. Do not have them divert from their operations." Weiss stated calmly, the woman nodding her head before dashing back to her post.
"Out of those that were made in the open experimentation. Only one specimen survived unaffected. Most got deformed or suffered from poisoning." Weiss stated calmly, but there wasn't much concern in his voice.
"That one specimen was remarkable. However, he eventually went mad and turned against Shinra. Several armies of standard soldiers were no match for that specimen. The specimen killed the president of Shinra and almost caused the destruction of the planet." Though it was known to Shinra about the Nibelheim fire, it wasn't important to Hojo, so it wasn't going to be stated.
Weiss calmly answered the presented questions, despite the nature. "We are in a separate force. Everyone here was taken from their families and rather than being bathed in Mako were given injections. Held under lock and key until needed. When the Shinra building was destroyed, it broke the lock, but the security measure was still in place, but was eventually dealt with."
"Known as Deepground. The soldiers serve me. Most are rank and file soldiers. They follow every order given. At the top of the group are five people that had their genes spliced with that of a separate skilled warrior that made us more receptive to the injection. That group is called the Tsviets with me at the head." Weiss finished as he made his way to his position, the soldiers saluting as the two passed before resuming their patrols and other duties.
The elder tsk'ed, but took as it was. ''That merely says everyone here is weak, at least of my generation. And who knows of many others?" Yen Sid, and Eraqus had been more than agile into their later years - and who knows how many more older keyblade wielders there had been? That he hadn't discovered?
Oh, his mistake. Nonetheless, yellow kept onto the other, listening as he went on about Shinra. "Quite manipulative on their part,'' he muttered, humming. Though, it was clever tactics all the same. In a way, he had to admire it, the way the company secured life on this world. It was far from being a simple solution - even if it had provided one. He was about to inquire once more, but that's when they were suddenly approach by some woman. He eyed her, figuring it'd only be natural that he'd meet more people.
He was thankful for her to not interrupt Weiss' explanations any further, and he could freely turn back towards the other.
He widened his eyes lightly, gripped by the tale, as the white-haired male continued. "Enhanced human beings,'' he muttered, sweeping his vision over the area, before resting yellow back onto the other warrior. "So what exactly are all of the enhancements given then? I have seen a mere sliver of your full potential then, I see."
He wordlessly eyed the soldiers as they went by.
"No wonder they had been persistent in their pursuit of me - was that one of the characteristics enhanced within, at least, the lower levels?"
"Pitiable, yes. Those that are satisfied with the current state grow lax and do little more than drag others around them down. It is a despicable epidemic that almost caused the death of the world and now they are incapable of seeing that the population boom has only accelerated the collapse of the planet." Weiss would approach a central throne like structure before taking a seat. "One of our members hold a power similar to your own, though the extent may not be the same. Each person has a set of weapons to best utilize their abilities."
"It's very rare that two different people have near identical capabilities. It's very smart that you keep your full power hidden unless needed." Weiss stated simply as while the two could make the plunge and land unharmed, the elevator ride would give them more time.
"Very well. I will explain as much of the world's history until the elevator arrives, then will continue on the way down." Weiss stated as he tucks the card back in his pocket. "Feel free with any questions you may have."
"This building belonged to a company called Shinra. It harvested the life force of the planet and used it to power various machines. It made the people's lives easier but was killing the planet. This life force is called Mako when harvested, but is called the Lifestream as it flows through the planet." Weiss stated, not really caring about the history of the planet.
His biggest interest was in his projects as it was the mental data of Hojo inside Weiss's body. "We are located in the first Mako Reactor, identified as Mako Reactor 0, also utilized as Shinra's Headquarters when it was still functional."
"Eventually, 8 more Mako Reactor were built in an octagon formation around Reactor 0, each numbered 1-8. To protect the Reactors, Shinra developed a military force, with people bathed in Mako for enhanced ability to lead them." Weiss stated, though he was loath to admit what was going to come next.
"However, very few that got Mako infusion survived. Most perished, few lived but with defects, but..." He would be cut off by the ding of the elevator as it arrived at their floor before opening its doors. Weiss would walk inside and wait for Xehanort.
Xehanort smirked. "If I didn't, I perhaps would be more targeted than I had been." He waved a hand down himself too. "As much as this body is a hinderance, it's quite useful as well. You hadn't expected an old man to be able to keep up with you." He chuckled, bringing his eyes away from the previous glowing green -- now covered by dull dark grey as they moved up, and of hearing the other warrior speaking. His sight settled onto the floor of the elevator, studying the slight pattern of the metal. The little reflections, or little scratches. The vibrations floated over to him, and he as best as possible, filed them away within his mind.
A necessary evil, but at the same time ... it could easily be seen as a false light. ''And thus, people would have been killed off anyways if the planet had been drained of resources ..." Foolish, really. It put a bandaid on an issue of people's lives being better. "What sort of lives had people been living before all of this then? What prompted a company to step up and take the lead?"
His vision kept down as he inquired, widening his eyes a little.
"That's what the green liquid had been. A matter of control. However, it perhaps could have other uses, have they not considered simply replicating its force, instead of draining the planet?" He asked, as he picked his head up when the elevator doors had opened, and swiftly followed Wiess out.
"It was not suitable to be meshed with humanity? Just how many had survived such experiments?" He finally picked his head up to stare at the other, eyes too cool as they talked on such a topic.
"Here, you probably wouldn't have lasted as long as you have. Not many people with your amount of experience are able to utilize it at your age." Weiss stated, seeing no reason to be apologetic about claiming the master was old, but complimented his abilities and whatever kept him as capable as he was.

Weiss wasn't very sure how the other was going to be able to keep up, nor did he know if they are able to. Nor did he honestly care, he multiple members that weren't as fast as him, but they made up for it in their own ways that made them worth keeping.
After arriving at the elevator, the tsviet would turn around and wait, unsure how long it would be, only to be greeted by Xehanort being right there.
A mixture of surprise and some extent of glee on his face as his jaw was left open. A few seconds would pass before Weiss would simply laugh and look over at Xehanort. "I've never been so happy to eat my words." The words were shot out without a lick of hesitation. Every surprise that Xehanort supplied him with only increased the potential value of the meeting.
Taking a card from his pocket, he would flash it across the card reader. "We're far enough from unwanted prying eyes and ears. Figured that the elevator gives adequate time to provide what information you like. Would you prefer the full story of the world or just the story of the world as it currently stands?" It would take some time for the elevator to reach them from the depths of Mako Reactor 0, but Xehanort had more than earned the information at this point.
A laugh spilled out from in between his lips into the ocean surrounding them. His amusement only grew, now appearing within his hues. "I am quite glad that I can cause such an appropriate reaction. Even if I had introduced threads of it earlier on display." Only so much power had been revealed as well - serving plenty more surprises to come. He had been utterly glad that he could keep up with someone far younger, the fight feeling a nice warm up and test. Afterall, he had to be fully prepared for the Second Keyblade War.
A card, hm? Reminded him of the advanced technology from one of the more intriguing worlds -- San Franscoyko. It would make sense, considering the things he had already seen earlier. His eyes snapped away from where Weiss had used it, and back up to the other's face. He considered, even though he already knew the answer. His curiosity demanded to have all it possibly could, especially if offered. He'd just have to organize the information later on.
His eyes hadn't missed the glowing green liquid -- its existence only drawing him further into this world altogether.
A little 'hmph' vibrated up from his throat, as he glanced away to let his eyes fall onto the now fading green as they started to go upwards. "All of it, preferably. It seems like there is quite the story to tell,'' he remarked, interest growing only more and more within his ember.

"However, very few that got Mako infusion survived. Most perished, few lived but with defects, but..." He would be cut off by the ding of the elevator as it arrived at their floor before opening its doors. Weiss would walk inside and wait for Xehanort.
"Glad to hear that you do not spout such nonsense about the strong aiding the weak." Though the words were spoken with callous about the subject, it was not directed at Xehanort. Those that did not have the capacity to survive would be quashed while those that did would be stronger rather than the strong having to waste their resources for the dilemmas of the weak.
He didn't really hold much concern for the thanks. There was no point in him trying to direct them to the Deepground Headquarters if there was a risk of Weiss's soldiers attacking him. He didn't really believe that it was a danger to Xehanort, but instead of waste of ammo and energy that could be directed to their object.
A snide laugh emerged from Weiss's lips at the remark of Xehanort stating that he could keep up. "I welcome anyone that is able to keep up with me, but let's see if you can back that up." None of the Tsviets are able to keep up with him, so it would only make Xehanort that much more worthwhile if he proved capable of doing that.
"I will not slow down for you. The men know where I am heading, so they can direct you should the need arise." There was a mixture of hopes in the Tsviet's mind. Part of him hoped that Xehanort could keep up as it would only solidify his belief in the other's worth. Conversely, part of him hoped that Xehanort couldn't keep up and possibly talk with a soldier engaged against the WRO. Talking with Deepground would implant an alliance with Deepground, so the WRO would immediately and falsely identify Xehanort as an enemy rather than a flexible third party. Even if the soldier to direct Xehanort wasn't in combat, it would still direct Xehanort further from the WRO.
Turning back toward former Shinra HQ and Mako Reactor 0, Weiss wouldn't hesitate to make his way at full speed along the rooftops. He would only stop once inside the Shinra building near the elevators.
Xehanort mm'ed, nodding, agreeing wholeheartedly. Refreshing to hear that from another source -- perhaps he'd get along with them just peachy.
Though, that sort of peace didn't last as the other let a laugh roll out of him. "Such arrogance, lad,'' the elder replied, sweeping a hand outwards towards the city. "You have seen what power I've displayed - and you shouldn't be surprised if you eat your words." At the very least he had been able to relax and recover during their conversation -- always trying to push the limits of his older body, despite the fact he probably shouldn't.
The moment Weiss had leapt up, the elder did as well. Even if it firstly appeared as if the old master couldn't keep up, he shimmered in and out of existence along the way. It kept his stamina from reducing and continuing to recover from the previous fight, and he got to test out what points of his strengths he could end up using within this particular world. A lot more complicated angles, jagged spaces presented themselves towards him, but he flowed through obstacle with ease.
One last shimmer -- and he appeared right beside Weiss, a crooked grin plastered onto his face as he wormed his hands behind his back. "Enthralling,'' he simply commented, embers glowing towards and onto the other's face.
To have his inquiry rebutted, the Tsviet would simply laugh and nod his head. "Definitely as dangerous and as intriguing as I thought." Though his tone lacked hostility and was saturated with curiosity.
"Those that lack the drive for their goals will be crushed or used by those that do." Weiss stated simply yet callously. The world was filled with people satisfied with their position who lacked the dedication to pursue loftier goals.
"Those that wear the uniform that attacked you earlier are at my command. If I tell them not to attack someone, they won't. Disobedience will be rooted out as soon as it's discovered." He stated simply and calmly yet coldly and harshly. The men were directed to accomplish their tasks regardless of casualties.
"Stay here for a bit, I need to let make sure that my men know that you are a guest and are not to be attacked by them." He had to be sure to specify his men as there was a separate opposing force with their own collective forces.
Hopping down to street level before taking off to find the first Deepground soldier not engaged in combat. "Shelke, inform all men that the man they previously attacked is now my guest and will not attack him." Given that Shelke could see through all Deepground visors, there wasn't any point in going to her only to return.
Once the message had been relayed to all of the troop, Weiss would immediately return to Xehanort on the rooftop. "Since I do not know your capabilities. I am not sure if you are able to keep up with me or if I should go on ahead and you can quickly cover the distance like a separate member of my forces." Weiss stated simply.
He didn't want to dawdle and waste time on an inefficient method for them to arrive under Mako Reactor 0, but just because Xehanort was about as skilled as Weiss, it didn't mean that their capabilities lay in the same areas.
@multif0rmed
Xehanort hmphed with a smile and nodded. This could most certainly prove suitable conversation. Who would have thought..? The geuinine content within Weiss' voice would soon be tested; he'd make sure of that. It had been many years since he's heard such an interest -- and someone who could see things in a more detached light. But with that, also came with its own dangers. "Indeed. The weak versus the strong,'' he stated, letting the extreme view spill out. "It's how the worlds are set up, afterall."
He nodded, acknowledging the other's words. Not surprising really - and he took a look around further at the planet when he left. Parts of it seemed fundamentally broken, yet others revealed it seemed very well-glued together. It was clear enough - something sinister lurked within this city. He eventually walked up to the edge of the rooftop and peered down at the streets -- yellow hues searching for Weiss. But no -- his head turned as he heard the vibration of the other's arrival once more.
"Thank you,'' he breathed out, at least feeling the need for someone to go out of their way for him. But his tone remained guarded, as he thought on the next bit for a few seconds. He shrugged lightly.
"I'll follow you. I can keep up, but only you know where we are going." He could keep an eye on the other warrior -- just in case.
@the-immaculate-tsviet

"The greater the ambition, the greater of the skill of the executor." Weiss mused plainly. Bigger tasks required greater skill given the number and extent of obstacles. "Given how well you handled my soldiers, it makes me curious about your ambition." There wasn't any malice in his words as the made the air clear that the killed troops were his. Instead, there was a disregard for the troops and just an intrigue in the Xehanort's ambition.
Hearing the remark that the world considered Xehanort a threat, Weiss would laugh and shakes his head. "While your skills make no doubt that you would be a threat, that is not why you were attacked. I can tell you what is going on in this world, but it will take a while and this is no place for such a discussion without risk of being attacked."
"I can take you to a place without such a risk. I will ensure the soldiers do not attack you like they had earlier, but only if you feel brave enough to follow me." After all, being taken to an area practically surrounded by the same soldiers that attacked the master earlier was practically a death wish, especially if Weiss himself joined the fight, let alone if the rest of the Tsviets contributed.
Another laugh at the mention of being infamous. "You barely arrived here and already think I'm infamous." He smugly stated before shrugging his shoulders. "Though, given the situation, that is true."
@multif0rmed
Xehanort hummed with a smile. "Who knows how much will be spoken on such a subject?" He prodded at the other, wondering just how much the other could tolerate such an extremist viewpoint. But he didn't have to tell everything towards the other, now did he? Bits and pieces could be stated - as a test. But he wouldn't hold out hope ; plenty of people had rejected such ideals before. "And indeed. Survival is essential if one wants to see their goals through - no matter how big or small they are."
He flickered his hues down to the other's weapon briefly, upon hearing the statement. If the other wanted to attack him, they would have done so by now. Then, he turned his vision down to the soldiers down below on the street -- or at least wherever any were currently. He looked back up towards the white-haired male and nodded as acknowledgement. "You at least have some sway towards them - so I could assume it'd be at the very least, semi-safe. But who knows ..? You bring an excellent point within your words."
He doublechecked his magickal shields - they were still in place. At least for now, he'd keep them up. He didn't want to drain too much mana while letting his magick and other attacks replenish themselves.
"Then my assumption was quite true,'' he said, nodding. He then motioned elsewhere -- off to his right with a sweep of his hand. "Feel free to lead the way."

It wasn't so much that he knew of other worlds. The statement was meant as an implication that the master was from another planet. Hearing that his words were true in a different manner was a surprise, though he wouldn't show it. There wasn't any point for him to try and kill on a new world as there was no certainty that significant aspects were going to be similar by comparison.
"Now I do. I made a proclamation heard all over this world that stated my name and my intentions." Weiss stated smugly. The information wasn't intended to be divulged, but it was certainly a nice bonus. "That's why anyone on this world knows who I am." He would finish briefly.
While keeping his right hand on the blade of his sword revolver in case of a fight, his left hand would flex at the rest and Weiss would gently rest his chin on the back of his left hand.
"Certainly a strange weapon. Though in the hands of someone skilled, anything can be a weapon. You do not seem like the type to excessively gloat about your abilities Xehanort." A small chuckle leaves his lips. "Your sight certainly validates your ability and claims. This is both sword and gun."
"My name...." He would interrupt his own sentence but another sinister chuckle. "You already know it, you just don't yet realize it." Closing his eyes briefly to focus his gaze at Xehanort. "My name is Weiss." The Tsviet introduces himself.
@multif0rmed
Xehanort hhmph'ed and grinned softly. "Fair point you've made then," he commented, tilting his head off to the side.
"It quite is, isn't it?" Extremely unique - it'd make him stick out like a sore thumb in no time at all. Another reason to simply divulge that he had been from another world. No brainer. He let his keyblade relax back down by his side, and hummed. "I usually am not - I'd rather talk of my ambitions for another world, but .. alas." he swept his free hand up to the air for a brief moment, before continuing along, ''-Apparently, this world had decided I had been a threat - and I had no choice but to defend myself, and show off my abilities."
He lowered his hand and narrowed his eyes towards the other's weapon. A gun and a blade ..? Hadn't he heard something of sorts back in .. oh, what was the world? Traverse Town? His thoughts broke off as Weiss continued to speak, and he flickered his hues back up to fall onto the other's face.
"Yours is just as unique - at least on a surface level, or what we have simply discussed." Who knows? It could potentially hold depths of magick for all he knew. A smirk.
"Ah, yes, the infamous Weiss. It's a pleasure,' he stated politely, bowing his head a little.

The Tsviet cared not for the helicopter nor the men that occupied the vehicle. Weiss only freed it as the helicopter was going to serve as much of its purpose as possible. For it to fall when not in the middle of its mission was not tolerated. Deepground didn't have anyway to repair any of their machines, nor did they care to. Everything was expendable for the sake of their mission.
Blue eyes would calmly follow Xehanort, ignoring the destruction that only contributed to the ruins of the once populated city. Even if the WRO recognized that Weiss himself was out, Weiss was not worried and was confident enough to know that he could use the opportunity to eliminate a vast number of their forces quickly. However, Xehanort's presence was only going to be a boon for him if the WRO discover them. It would make it seem like they are allies or at least associates which would prompt them to attack Xehanort on sight.
Seeing that the other kept their grip tight on their weapon, Weiss would rest his left hand on the hilt of his right sword revolver, though he would keep it within its sheath. The fact the combat didn't ensue immediately verified that Xehanort wasn't with the WRO.
The demanding tone didn't phase him in the slightest, though the presented question did make him laugh.
"You do not know who I am? Then you surely are not from this world. Who are you? Then I shall introduce myself." Weiss had made his presence clear when he made the public declaration of genocide against everyone on the entire planet that wasn't in Deepground, so for one to not know who he was meant that Xehanort had either been living under a rock or wasn't from the world. Their combat abilities from the reports precluded the situation being the prior.
@multif0rmed
Fingers wouldn't dare let go of his weapon, nor dismiss it - even if by the second it seemed like the other wanted to have some sort of level playing field, which he could all but offer as well. Why not? Peace, as well as chaos, had its place. A little sound of amusement wormed itself out of the elder as he heard the demand. That well-known, hm? And so knowing of different worlds?
"You are aware of different worlds?" It seemed quite startling - only an extremely select few could identify such conditions of the multiverse around them, afterall.
He sighed, trying to let the adrenaline from the previous battle try to drain itself from his system. Though, it stubbornly clung - especially seeing as the forces had attacked him for particially no reason at all.
"Or ignore the ramblings of an old man,'' he muttered, shaking his head. Though he would be hardly able to use his age in such a situation like this - after showing his combat abilities. He lifted his free hand up to his chat, gently touching his shirt's material.
"I am Xehanort - something called a 'keyblade wielder','' he explained, tilting his weapon a bit forward, glinting some of the light bouncing off its surface. "This."
He nodded towards the other.
"I see you use a, seemingly, average sword yourself."

Weiss would simply watch and wait as the troops all dispersed, the helicopter continuing to put distance between it and the master.
While he could listen to the reports until every star died, seeing is a lot better. The tendrils would pierce through the back of the helicopter but wouldn't reach to the cockpit.
"DO NOT ENGAGE!!!" Weiss roared out. He made it clear that the troops were to continue their patrols elsewhere and didn't want the troops in the helicopter to attempt to return fire.
In the span of a few seconds, Weiss would draw one of his sword revolvers and would aim it at a point between the struck helicopter and the master and would sends a single vertical slash before sheathing the sword.
To those with less battle ability, the movement was instantaneous, but to the master the movement was quick but able to be followed. The biggest sign of the strike was the air wave that trailed off from the swung blade that would cleave straight through the tendril, severing it before continuing on, slicing through several rooftops in the area afterwards.
"So that's the unknown magic the troops were talking about." Weiss stated simply yet calmly, looking over at the master.
@multif0rmed
It would be a downright relief to see the helicopter downed, but -
It felt like a flash of a second. The movements before were smooth and precise, and his eyes widened lightly at such a clean strike. Such a control over the darkness, and yet, someone had so easily sliced through it and destroy it. He watched as the black and purple power crumble before his eyes, as he snapped his eyes onto the buildings beyond the helicopter shift slightly from the sword attack.
The noise soon settled however despite continuing rumbles, far as he could tell, before he finally allowed his sight to fall onto the white-haired man once again. The other hadn't attacked him directly yet - so in a way, he could allow himself to hop onto the rooftop which Weiss had resided. Even when he let his guard subtly down. Interesting.
His boots scraped against the surface, and he halted just a few feet away, critically analyzing the other. He still gripped his keyblade tightly of course, but did not bother engaging. Who said that he couldn't at least be civil? He tilted his head, yellow sparkling within the debris that had been rising due to the attacks from earlier, a crisp display. Both of the yellow orbs were crisp - defensive.
He had been a seasoned warrior, afterall, and it seemed like Xehanort wouldn't be slowing down anytime soon.
His fingers flexed behind his back, as eyes narrowed.
"Who exactly are you?" He demanded, voice cold as ice.
@the-immaculate-tsviet

The Deepground soldiers were trained to be unafraid of death, doing everything for the sake of their mission. Failure was not to be tolerated, so the troops would continue to aim to eliminate the master, or at the very least try to.
Shoving the corpses of their fallen comrades to the side to get a better vantage point to continue their firing.
Seeing Xehanort moving to higher vantage point, the troops on the street would continue firing, but the change in the master's elevation wouldn't go unaddressed.
Several soldiers with jet packs would start to approach along with an attack helicopter.
As Weiss himself approached the area, he would stop to get an update from a soldier in a unit too far away to engage the master within a reasonable span of time.
Hearing that the master was at a higher elevation, Weiss would jump up onto a rooftop before continuing making his way to the area.
Quickly passing the jet pack troops and helicopter, all gunfire at Xehanort would instantly stop.
Weiss himself would stand only two rooftop away, his sword revolvers holstered at his side, examining the master. Normally someone so old would be an easy opponent, but the soldiers would never lie in their reports, so Weiss would thoroughly take note of Xehanort.
"HAIL WEISS!!" All the troops in the area would cry out, holding their guns out in front of them in a salute. The troops would all disperse, leaving all fallen soldiers where they lay so they can resume their patrols. The jet pack soldiers and attack helicopter would also turn around before even engaging Xehanort.
@multif0rmed
Stubbornness ran through the soldiers' bloodstreams, but that was to be expected. Even if it was turning out to be annoying , he still enjoyed the rush of the fighting. It left him on edge however - wondering just how to get out of this mess. Failure wasn't an option. So, he pushed and pushed - ever thankful for the darkness helping him out. In a way, being elevated certainly helped the situation - even if somewhat. He caught his breath, even if it seemed like mere seconds before reinforcements came in.
He let darkness swipe at the attack helicopter - attempting to remain a decent distance from it. If it got destroyed - it'd certainly would be a dangerous affair.
Eyes widened as the gunfire suddenly stopped - but that didn't mean he got to necessarily relax. Defenses around him built back up and -- Weiss? Who was that -- if it made everything suddenly grind to a halt? Even if things were at a standstill, his attacks started up the moment once again when he got re-engaged.
Yellow hues carefully searched the environment for the new arrival, as a chill went down his spine. What would it be? A full squad of super soldiers, or something?
Someone who could match his darkness?
A dodge, and a narrow of his eyes as he spotted the white-haired male. Just one damn person--?
.. the helicopter needed to be taken out at this rate.
Thick, heavy tendrils of darkness shot out and hit the helicopter, hoping they would go through it. Of course, he had made sure he had been a decent distance away ...
@the-immaculate-tsviet

Starter for Demyx ( @xbloodytearsx)
"You there! Yes, you, you little whelp! Where am I?" The Tsviet had no idea where he was and was planning to find out where. Even if it wasn't someplace he knew, he could easily make a name for himself regardless through his abilities.
"You must be deaf as well as dumb. Either that or you as clueless as I am." The Tsviet stated bluntlly and condescendingly.
"I'll make this simple. Where. Am. I?" He was getting tired of dealing with someone as incapable of answering the simple question that was presented to him.

"Whelp? That IS just plain rude, and you expect me to give you some advice?" He said with a disappointed look on his face. "Lighten up a little, come on, it's not THAT hard."
The Tsviet was not in any mood for backtalk, especially from one he considered lower than himself, though he considered practically everyone lower than himself unless they proved himself.
"Let me make this simple for you. You will give me the info I demand, either willingly, or I will strike you down to within an inch of your live and get it by force." His hands rested atop the hilts of his sword revolvers, willing and ready to unsheath them should the other decide to speak in a way that wasn't conducive to his demands.
"Which would you prefer?"
