so as a young adult/adult or WHATEVER calling him that? thats pure affection. thats literally him using it as a pet name they used as kids. thats literally being like. sasuke never says it outright but naruto is like the only person who speaks Sasuke and sasuke knows that and knows naruto understands that shit like that means sasuke cared
