Electro swing is like twilight in that the people who bend over backwards to showcase how much they hate it are orders of magnitude more annoying than the fans

You have to be in some truly shenkerian levels of musical pretentiousness to be like "this is bad actually" congratulations, John Cage came back from the grave to shake your hand, we are all very impressed

I had an electro swing phase, and while I don't listen to it much any more it's basically just like any other genre: there are some good songs and some bad ones.

Personally I like more of them than a lot of other people seem to but I really can't unterstand discarding the whole genre.
