Advertising Sorry guys, this will be a German Post. ! Unbezahlte Werbung ! Ich habe mich entschieden euch ein kleines Review zu "Ringfit Adventure" zu schreiben, da ich dieses Spiel sowohl für Kinder als auch Erwachsene Sinnvoll finde. Keiner bezahlt mich dafür. Aber ich denke so kann man die Gesundheit einiger Mwnschen steigern und das ist es mir Wert 🧡 Ich habe beim Kauf nicht viel von dem Spiel erwartet und wurde wirklich sehr Überrascht ! Vor dem Spiel werdet ihr nach Alter, Gewucht und Fittnesslevel zur Ermittlung eurer Fortschritte gefragt. Zu Beginn macht man erstmal ein paar kurze Aufwärmübungen. Dann beginnt der Storymodus. Man Rettet mit dem magischen Ring Die Welt vor einem Dämon. Die Story ist etwas albern, aber das finde ich ok. (Für Kinder ist die Story bestimmt interessanter) Hauptsächlich müsst ihr laufen und mit dem Ring interagieren. Zwischendurch erscheinen dann Monster. Diese Bekämpft ihr durch Sportübungen wie Squats, Armpressen oder Yoga. Mit jedem Level bekommt ihr neue Übungen dazu. Eine Figur macht euch die Übungen vor und erklärt euch die richtige Körperhaltung. Am Ende des Levels steht ihr eure verbrannten Kalorien, eure Übubgen und Die Zeit. Anhand dessen bekommt ihr Erfahrung. Optional könnt ihr nach jeder Übung auch euren Puls messen lassen. Wenn ihr das Spiel beendet kommen noch ein paar kurze Dehnübungen. Während diesen (Und während der Kämpfe) erhaltet ihr immer wieder Infos über Muskeln oder Ernährung. Am Ende steht ihr dann euren täglichen Gesamtfortschritt aller Level. Neben dem Story Modus gibt es einen "Schnellen Modus" mit Übungen für Leute die nicht so viel Zeit investieren wollen, Minispiele und einen Trainingsplan wo ihr euch selber eure Lieblingsübungen zu einem Workout zusammen stellen könnt. Diese Modi habe ich bisher allerdings noch nicht Gespielt. Ihr könnt mir jederzeit gerne Fragen stellen. Sadly my short holiday is over now...
