I really do pity the nurses at the Port Victory hospital.

You have four trained doctors. Of those four, one isn't allowed in the hospital, one is utterly incompetent, one constantly runs off to commit crimes and you're left with Sneed. Now to be fair, Sneed is half competent and willing to help but he's also just one man and absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of patients.

Y'all listen I know this sounds like a conspiracy theory but I just noticed something in Vaelus' official fanart: There's slight damage to her veil (at the bottom in the middle) and the damage is kinda shaped like an arrowhead. I don't know what to do with that but I noticed it and now I can't unnotice it (lowkey what if her veil was made out of Sylandri's armour)

I'm finally catching up on cr4 and so far the funniest thing to happen in ep26 (after Maya Davinos obvi):

Murray and Bolaire: bicker, interrupt each other, seem to be very annoyed with each other

Wic: Wow you're really agressive and not as good a team as we are

Murray and Bolaire: *immediately stop bickering to team up on him about how he's unemployed and a nepo baby*

Paraphrased obviously but them immediately going "We've had a long day" was funny

I need more people to play with the possibility of Vaelus having some slight problems due to her old injuries:

She's missing half an ear! Her hearing might be impaired on one side (still better than a normal humans but bad for elf standards)

The eye with the magical scar over it is slightly brighter than the other (I just noticed this yesterday after looking at her art many times since they were revealed). Honestly I don't know what to do with that yet but it's a very interesting detail. Tbh it could also see better than the other eye or maybe her right one (the one with the regular scar) is the bad eye or smt but I need people to focus on it more in general.

Give Vaelus some love, she's underrated

Looove the different group dynamics of the tables, it's so funny to think about it

Like the schemers are active friends! Like obviously some relationships are stronger or more personal than others but they all trust each other, they all rely on each other and they all like each other (or they're at least respectful) (from what we have seen at least, might change when we get their arc)

Then the soldiers are two seperate friend groups who are slowly starting to warm up to each other and merge AND THEN!

And then there are the seekers...

Who officially openly distrust each other. They all have wildly different opinions, worldviews and goals and Julien and Thaisha have now officially started a 'when will they turn on us?' watch for Occtis and Vaelus. They're going to implode so bad I can't wait to watch it (Thaelus divorce where vaelus gets custody of the baby (Occtis))

So I'm halfway into episode one of the new season and the misscommunication trope is already going strong. Also, in true AD fashion, so far everything that has been happening (including the misscommunication) has been Fagins fault (bc what do you mean Belle has been sending Jack letters? Where are those letters you were supposed to deliver Fagin, huh? Jack thought Belle forgot about him, Belle thought Jack was DEAD. And now, because of Fagins greed, Jack is a convict and he and Belle cant see each other anymore lest he gets fucking EXECTUTED!)

Also Belle's mother is pissing me off without end already. Her manipulative ass needs to sit down and let her daughter be happy

Was I the only one who heard Occtis refer to Vaelus as 'they'? The first time I thought it was a slip up but I'm pretty sure it happened a second time and I'm only halfway through ep15. I checked the wiki but the official pronouns are still she/her. Do yall think we'll maybe get she/they Vaelus in the future?

Y'all. I've started listening to 'what doesn't break' by Cassandra Khaw (laudna's backstory novel) today it made Laudna's death even more fucked up than it was before.

I mean, aside from the horryfing thing done to her parents, if I understood it correctly, Laudna was beaten to death in the dungeons AND THEN RESURRECTED by Delilah right before she was hanged so she could DIE AGAIN! WHAT THE FUCK?!

And then this bitch keeps manipulating her by using her memory loss to her advantage ohhh she makes me so angry.

One burning question I have right now after having a few hours of cooling down from that first episode is: why is Hal's house fairy proofed? It was mentioned that the nail above the door and several other protection measures against fairies are seeminly in place (unless I misunderstood).

We know that the door to fairy was closed several years ago, long enough that Thimble shows visible signs of aging, which gives me even more questions: why was the door closed, why didnt Thimble return to fairy before she could get locked out, did she didnt know until it was too late or what?

But my point is, after that Thimble was probably one of the if not the last fairy creature in Aramàn, so were the protection measures to keep HER out. And if so, why? Thimble seems to know Hal personally and Hal and Thjazi were close until his death, why would he protect his house against his brothers best friend?

On the other hand, Thimble seems to have no problem with Hals house considering she wanted to go there immediately after finding out Thjazi was there, so maybe this whole rand is stupid, but my main point still stands: what is up with fairy?
