Ok but… There are still 19 states + DC that don’t offer any time off whatsoever, and some of these laws only apply to certain types of workers, and most require workers to give advance notice to their employer and they may not even know about this law unless their employer tells them, which isn’t guaranteed to happen. This shouldn’t be a partisan issue. You’re basically arguing against something that would benefit America as a whole just to fit your political narrative.
