Ok, but what if the person sacrificed for the Soul Stone actually becomes the soul stone? What if they are aware of everything going on? So like, Gamora knew that Thanos did the snap and when he goes to the Soul World she just wanted to hear it from his own mouth, to make him face what he did.

And then there’s Natasha. She’s kicking back, waiting for her crew to fix all of Thanos’s damage, and she sees how much they miss her and she almost can’t take it. But then Bruce does the snap to return everyone and she’s like partying, celebrating (as much as she can as a Stone) becuse they actually DID it. Then here comes Thanos again and he gets the Stones and she thinks, damn it he is going to do it again. But then Tony gets the Stones and snaps, and she is simultaneously happy because he saved the Universe and sad because he is gone.

Then she gets carried around by Steve through time as he returns the other Stones, but for some reason he returns the Soul stone last. Why, though? Does he feel attached to it? Is there something making him hold on? Then, when he finally returns it to Vormir, a soul for a soul…

James Rogers isn’t even in marvel cinematic universe and I have started liking him already :-P

Since Steve and Nat weren’t anyway a thing… I don’t know how are they going to bring him or even if they are going to bring him or not :-\
