We're poor, what's he gonna do? Gaslight me to think we have money?

Ladies, what was the moment your mental health started to decline and why was it the moment you first read âThe Yellow Wallpaper?â
Mental Health Month
Things to do for your mental health
Prioritize sleep
When weâre sleep-deprived our anxiety levels increase
Avoid caffeine after lunch
keep your bedroom cool and dark
Limit alcohol intake in the evenings
release anxious thoughts by journaling
Break a sweat
You may already be aware that exercise releases endorphins, which can lift your mood and generate feelings of happiness and euphoriq
30 minutes of exercise three days a week can improve your sleep, relieve stress, and raise your self-steem
Practice mindfulness
Mindfulness brings awareness to our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviors in the present moment and by doing so, it can help us break out of negative thought patterns
Meditation is probably the most popular way people practice mindfulness, but you could incorporate mindfulness into any daily activity
Set boundaries
Itâs crucial to protect your time and space to allow yourself to prioritize mental health so you can feel good and be the best partner, family member, employee, and friend and you can be
Figure out what you need
think about what others do that leads you to feel stressed, anxious or resentful
Communicate your boundaries
people canât respect your boundaries unless they are aware of them
take care of yourself!
Depression.
Here's your reminder that "It is better done badly than not at all."
It's better to eat a chocolate bar than nothing. It's better to brush your teeth for 10 seconds than not at all. It's better to sit in the shower and let the water rinse, than not going at all. It's better to go for a 5 minute walk than not at all. It's better to sit outside than not get fresh air at all.
Anything is worth doing bad than not at all.
My God they actually look like dogs now
Lord, the changes! DO PUGS NEXT!!!
ACTUALLY! A breeder in Germany started to breed healthier pugs called âretro mopsâ and currebtly ppl are trying to get AKC and UKC to recongnize them as the new standard.
heres the comparison:
Reblogging with updates! Healthy bulldogs AND healthy pugs! â¤ď¸
The absurd breed standards are a recent thing, developed in the past 100-150 years. The healthier breeds are much closer to their 19th century ancestors.

âSweet temptation or willpowerâ I love that painting so much
I think something that isnât talked about much but important to acknowledge is that forgiveness is not always linear. Forgiving doesnât lessen the pain. It doesnât automatically make you stop hurting. You might find that within yourself- you have to forgive someone multiple times for one thing. And that is okay. Forgiveness doesnât have to be straight to the point. You just have to keep moving towards it.
The Red Flag Test
Stop ignoring those Red Flags!
What is the purpose of the Red Flag Test?
This test determines if you should remain adjacent in your relationships. When I say ârelationshipsâ I am considering the full definition of the word which also includes non-romantic relations like friendships and acquaintances. Many people feel the need to keep every relationship that forms in their life but just as it is okay to enter a new relationship you should also be okay with letting them go. We are currently going through the season autumn, during this season the treeâs green leaves alter into an assortment of different colors such as red, brown, yellow, and orange. Those leaves soon separate from the tree and nature begins to purge. Once spring arrives nature forms life again and relationships are to be treated the same way. Remember It is okay to let go and coming to terms with that will help you remain a healthy mind and contribute to your growth on Earth.
So, what do you have to do to participate in the red flag test?
1) Get something that you can write with and on.
2) You must be realistic with yourself. The fact that you are participating in this means that you can see the red flags, and this is the test to determine what you should do with that information. There is no point of participating if you are not going to be honest.
3) Here are some questions to ask yourself about your relationship: What do you dislike about that person? Do they often upset you? Have they ever hurt you physically or mentally? Have they ever betrayed you? Are they abusing drugs or alcohol? Do they remind you of the past? Do they pressure you into doing things that make you uncomfortable? Have they ever cheated on you? Are they using you? Do they always bring up your past? Do they say things that make you feel uncomfortable? Are they evil and you are uncomfortable with that? Are they only available when they need help or for a specific reason? Do they lie to you? Do they say hurtful things to you? Does their energy drain your energy? Do you feel like you cannot be yourself around them? Do you need someone who will contact or not contact you everyday? Do you need more alone time, but you feel like they are smothering you? Do you have clashing personalities? Are they spiteful? Are they overly jealous? Are you allowed to have freedom? Are they ignoring you? Do you think they are rude? Do you need more attention than what they are giving you? Are they lacking in affection? Are they giving too much affection? Are they not satisfying your needs? Do they ever let you talk? Are they disrespectful towards you and your family or friends? Are they always trying to argue? Do they get angry easily? Do they scare you when they get mad?
4) If any of those questions ended with a yes, please feel free to draw a flag. You could either solely draw a flag, the issue in the flag, or write somewhere else on the paper or next to the flag what the issue is. If I did not mention something that they are doing that makes your soul uneasy, please draw a flag.
5) You may have noticed already or based on our exercise that, that person is toxic, or you might not be compatible with that person. It is okay to not be compatible there are many people in this world who are compatible with you. Do not settle because you do not want to be single or alone. Do not settle because that is the father or mother of your children. Do not allow abuse. You came into this world alone and you are meant to be okay with having alone time. A person cannot stop your depression forever eventually they may even be the reason you are suffering from depression. You also must respect yourself. Although you may mind that they are disrespecting you they still are, and your respect should come first. If that person is being themselves and they are not harming anyone you have no right to change them just like how they have no right to change you. Find someone else, be single, and end that toxic friendship.
