I also main the Mini Splatling and Octobrush.

I finally managed to get some downtime to write today. It’s been so busy recently, from the whole incident with Alterna, to trying to juggle my part-time job with my studies, I’ve been running nonstop for the past couple of weeks. It doesn’t help that it’s been raining for the past week either. From mere sprinkles that plinked onto the windowpane of my dorm, to complete and utter torrents that prohibited anyone from going outside, it’s clear that Drizzle Season is in full swing. Most Turf Wars are currently prohibited because of the rain, and it seems like there’s no end in sight. The only stage available for any type of inksport is MakoMart, which makes even going on recon basically impossible. Plus, the lobby was recently made into a makeshift shelter from the rain, which makes everything more crowded to begin with. For now, I’ll just keep my distance, and wait until the rain lets up before I get back to training. In the few moments I have some sort of free time, I’ve been learning how to play Tableturf Battle with Luke and Nathan. I’ve gotten the hang of things, but it will be a while until I get anywhere near the level of skill that Nathan is at. Every time the two of us play, I can see that he’s trying his best to hold back, even when he wipes the floor with me. I’ll just have to improve my deck later.
