I could talk about how good you looked today, about how that pink blouse looked against your ivory skin.  (yes, blouse. you wore a fucking blouse. and there’s something so breathtaking about the sharp contrast of masculinity and femininity that you possess.) I could say that I noticed that your hair is a slightly different color. I could tell you that you looked damn good in those slacks.

But, I won’t.

Not because I don’t wish to, but because I just can’t. 

I know there is an expectation of communication now and, honestly, it gives me anxiety.

I’m still stuck on the pride I felt when I spoke to you last, on the high I felt when I peeked at your exposed skin as you passed by.  I’m aware of your knowledge of my eyes.  But, know that I am also aware of yours on me.

I could tell you all of these things.  I could.  I can.  

But, for now, I choose to remain mute.

My sweet baby, Lincoln is very ill.

He is currently being treated for bladder stones at our local animal hospital. However, he will need to have them removed once he’s stabilized. We have exhausted our savings due to Covid and life expenses. Lincoln is my first pet and I love him to pieces. He’s very lethargic and appears to be in a lot of pain right now.
