Reinventing the Sound: The Birth of Katharsys Industries
For those who have followed my sonic journey, you know that evolution has always been at the core of my creative process. From my earliest experiments in sound to the industrial-dub explorations that defined my more recent work, change has been my only constant. Now, I stand at another pivotal moment: the rebranding of my creative output under the new moniker, KATHARSYS Industries.
A Legacy of Sound
My musical path has been anything but linear. Over the years, I’ve been involved in numerous projects, each reflecting a different facet of my artistic vision. Some of you may remember Descent Psychosis, where I first experimented with the fusion of electronic textures and industrial rhythms. Then came 30percent Sound System, an immersive dive into post-punk energy and rhythmic deconstruction. Each of these projects was an essential step in my evolution, helping me refine my approach to sound design, production, and performance.
Why the Change?
The DubRonin Remixes were the most recent incarnation of my work—an exploration of dub’s cavernous echoes, post-industrial grit, and experimental rhythms. But as my vision expanded, I felt the need for a broader identity, one that encapsulated not just my musical output but my entire creative ethos. Katharsys Industries is more than a band name; it’s a conceptual space where sound, visuals, and raw emotion intersect. It’s a platform for sonic alchemy, for building immersive worlds through bass-heavy textures and dystopian aesthetics.
What Comes Next?
With Katharsys Industries, I’m embracing a wider spectrum of sonic expression. Expect deep, hypnotic dub explorations, but also harsher industrial landscapes, fractured beats, and the unpredictable fusion of analog and digital chaos. This isn’t just a rebrand—it’s an evolution, a declaration of intent. For those who have been on this journey with me, your support and curiosity fuel my creativity. And for those just discovering my work, welcome to the next phase. Stay tuned. This is just the beginning. * Jkhinzman // Katharsys Industries
Alright, I am excited...
I see this focus on the personal web happening, and it gets me pretty excited. Not just because I get basic html, but also because this was a period of the web that was very exciting to me, and it would be nice to see that level of interest and curiosity with some of the aesthetics of the modern web. I hope to be a part of that. I hope to have more to share very soon.
Go to 30percent Sound System.
Just thought I'd see what this does real quick...
So looking forward to this tour, if you can make it, you should...

Thought
If you can't rely on them in life, why would you rely on after they've died?
Watch the movie NETWORK, you millennial scum.
There comes a point in life where you have to take a stand. There comes a point where you look around and you say to yourself, “Self, I really don’t like that I am not only paying for companies create a much worse world, but I am then paying those companies not just with exorbitant fees, but also my private information. Well, I’M MAD AS HELL, AND I’M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!” So, I think it is again time to consolidate, combine and overhaul what it is that I am trying to do.
I’m really sick of Facebook sticking it’s nose into all of my devices. I’m tired of Google using me to further their strategies. I don’t want to pay Adobe to siphon as much information from me as possible. So I’m going to try and get away from them. If your interested, please let me know, join the fight, let’s leave the rat race and become the change we want to be. Dramaadjacent.net will be moving it’s backend very soon. As soon as I can I will be pulling all of my domains from Google and investing in less odious companies, preferably open source, preferably on a cheaper budget. I don’t know if this is going to work. I really don’t think that many people actually care to look at my online presence. I’ve really just been trying to archive my output so I can keep it somewhere other than my own network. But we’ll see,
Anywho, here’s a picture I took recently. See if you can find the hidden meaning…
