So @finnscraps you got me interested in your Au and want to throw my Ocs into the Racers au pile. But don't expect any drawings.

Meet Hoodie and Sir Valiant, ex-teammates of the now disbanded Team Kingdom, and Vespa. Brothers turned rivals with a confused child caught in the cross fire.

I will first start with Sir Valiant. He was the former team leader of Team Kingdom and is the eldest brother of the duo. His vehicle of choice is the bike. He originally made the team to educate his brother in sportsmanship. But he was slowly corrupted by the thrill of winning and wanted to actually take control of the races (Like Eggman would). This drove a wedge between him and his brother, disbanding the team and making him run solo.

Second, there's Hoodie, "the fastest piece of cloth you will ever see." He was the right-hand man of Sir Valiant back when the team was together. His vehicle of choice was skates, or he would sonic it (If it's Canon for this au). He joined the race to win despite what Sir Valiant was trying to teach him. But he grows soft when he starts actually communicating with the other teams. His favorite one is Team Dust Sweepers. He went from being self-centered to being so humble that at times, he would actually give up his first-place position to help another racer if they were in trouble. When Sir Valiant started to become selfish and greedy, he left the team and is now going solo, hoping to save his brother.

Last but not least is Vespa. She's a big fan of the races. She and her Chao, Chipper, a yellow and blue patterned bee Chao, are almost always on the sidelines cheering for the racers. But she doesn't understand why her family isn't together anymore.

DW Who Done It part 4

Starring: Gavin and Vespa featuring: Suiter, Tia Amore, Lottie and Mudeline from @diggitydoggo

This has been a crazy experience for Gavin. He witnessed the murder of Hoodie, became a detective because of Vespa, and had to investigate 2 more murders. He just solved Hoodie's murder by revealing the culprit to be his brother, Soulvester, in an attempt to protect everyone. And now he is revealing the murderer of Dandy and Vee. And the murderer is...

"Dyle Timesly, this party's uninvited guest!" Gavin yells, pointing at a dark corner.

When everyone looks at where Gavin is pointing, a toon in a cloak and mask slowly claps. Sir Valiant and Soulvester immediately get in between everyone and the toon as they remove their mask.

"Well... I have to commend you on your deductive skills, Gavin." Dyle says, smirking. "However, did you figure it out?"

"It wasn't easy, but I found out with these." Gavin then takes out the knife and piece of cloth. "You see, when I looked at this cloth, I realized it came from a cloak. And nobody here ever wore a cloak to Uncle's castle. And the knife, it has one of your fingerprints on it."

Dyle looks at his outfit; a piece of his cloak is missing, and a finger of one of his gloves is ruined. "That's the last time I buy clothes second-hand." He says to himself in a huff.

"The only question now is, why? Why murder Dandy and Vee? And attack Shelly too." Tisha asks.

"And how did you get in here? I had the place on lockdown." Sir Valiant asks

Dyle smirks again, "Oh, you want to know why I did it and how I got here? I did it because I was jealous! Jealous of Dandy and him getting everything! The show, the merch! Meanwhile, I never even appear in anything! Do you know how it feels to have the public not know you even exist?! So I took him out and tried to eliminate the whiteness."

"But for how I got in, I had a little help." he then looks at Sprout, who backs up. "I thought we agreed to keep that secret!" Sprout yells, "I only helped you get in and get the knife since you promised me the right-hand position!"

Suiter and Amore quickly apprehend Sprout to prevent him from trying anything.

Gavin sighs, "Mr. Timesly, you could have tried something different. Now you're going to have to face the consequences. Sir Valiant's already called the police. It's over."

Dyle growls and tries to escape through the window, but Tisha and Brightny pull back inside, and Sir Valiant holds him down.

And with that, the mystery of the Valiant Castle murders is over. Dyle and Sprout were arrested for first-degree murder and aiding a murderer. But Soulvester was arrested for lesser charges since it was a misunderstanding and an attempt to protect others. Dandy, Vee, and Hoodie are now avenged, and Shelly is going to recover. Vespa looks at Gavin and says, "You are a really good detective, cousin."

Case closed

DW Who Done It: part 3

Starring Gavin and Vespa featuring Suiter, Amore, Tia, Lottie and Mudeline from @diggitydoggo

It has been a hectic day and night for forced detective Gavin. First, he was invited to a party against his will; then he witnessed Hoodie's death at the hands of an unknown assailant; and now Dandy and Vee have been killed, and Shelly is unconscious. He has to now solve not one, but 3 murders.

While he does have some clues, a piece of cloth that seems to be a part of a cloak and the murder weapon responsible for the most recent deaths. But something is bothering him. The knife used to murder Dandy and Vee was too small to leave a gash on Hoodie. Vespa noticed as well, so they both started going to the library.

When they got to the library, it was a mess. There was Ichor on the ground, on the bookshelves, and even leading to where Hoodie fell from. And Lottie and Mudeline were there too?

"What are you doing here, Lottie?" Vespa asks.

Lottie smiles, "I am here to solve the murder of Hoodie! I even found some clues." This catches Vespa by surprise. "BEHOLD!" She then shows the murder weapon, Soulvester's sword with Ichor still on it, and a remote.

"Here's my hypothesis: the toon who attacked Hoodie thought that Hoodie was actually a real murderer and attacked him here before actually understanding that it might be fake. They deliberately slashed him before going down to warn the others. But when Hoodie tried to leave the library to get help, his remote slipped out of his hands and turned off the lights, causing him to fall from the ledge."

"That's one big hypothesis," Gavin states, "But it does make some sense. Soulvester's sword is the perfect size to cause that wound... So that means Soulvester is Hoodie's murderer!"

Vespa looks at Gavin, "And maybe Dandy was killed by-"

"We need to get everyone together!"

Gavin quickly gathers everyone. Suiter was the first to ask questions. "So why did you gather us together? Did you find out something about the killer?"

"We have." Vespa says, "In fact, there are 2."

"Two? What do you mean by 2?" Tia screams in surprise.

Gavin nods, "Yes, the one who murdered Hoodie is Soulvester! He thought Hoodie was an intruder and attacked him before coming down. Lottie figured that out." Lottie looks proud hearing that; Mudeline smiles a bit too.

Connie looks shocked. "Soul... Is that true?"

Everyone looks at Soulvester, who has his head down in shame. "No use for denying it. It was me... I am sorry."

Amore looks at Gavin, "So if Soulvester was Hoodie's murderer, who attacked Dandy, Vee, and Shelly?"

"Well, I found out from the cloth and the weapon used to attack them. The murderer is..."

DW Who done it part 2

Well, this party had gotten out of hand quite quickly for poor Gavin. One of his uncles was murdered, Tisha fainted, and his other uncle is not allowing anyone to leave until the killer is caught. And now the only one that can solve this mystery is... Himself, Detective Gavin, and his forceful sidekick, Vespa. Gavin didn't want to do this, but he has no choice.

When he leaves the secret room, he finds that everyone has scattered, including the 5 main suspects, the toons on the same floor as him when the lights went out. He's lucky that Vespa had already listened to the names: Dandy, Sprout, Amore, Lottie, and Muddilne.

First to integrate was Sprout since he was the easiest to find. He was still in the lobby with Tia and Brightny, trying to resuscitate Tisha. "Hey, Sprout, what were you doing when the lights cut out?" Gavin asked.

Sprout looks up at him with both confusion and a bit of anger. "I was in the kitchen trying to bake some cookies. But when the power went out, I burned myself." Sprout shows the 2 detectives a fresh burn on his hand. "I couldn't have done it since it's going to the library, where Hoodie was. But I did notice someone had taken one of the knives."

"Really, when?" Vespa askes

"Not long after, Amore and Tia came to get a snack. Amore could have taken it while Tia distracted me." So Amore is now a main suspect.

His little sister, Tia, helped find him. She pointed out that he went to the training room. Amore was taking his anger out on one of the dummies. Why is anyone's guess.

Vespa walks up to him. "Excuse me?" She sheepishly says before Amore stops to look at her. He's terrifying to her. "W-were you-"

"No!" Amore shouts, interrupting Vespa. "I never got to the library. I came here after eating. Just look at the dummies." Most of them have some new punch marks on them. "Now leave me alone." He forces the two detectives out before they can ask more.

Vespa looks at Gavin as if asking, "Who's next?" But before they could find Lottie or Mudeline, another scream rang out. That sounded like Shelly!

Both rush toward the direction the scream came from, the second-floor guest bedroom, and quickly open it. Inside was a massacre. Vee, Dandy, and Shelly were in pools of their own Ichor. Vee and Dandy had been stabbed to death. Dandy was slumped on the nightstand with 23 stab wounds, and Vee was face down with only one. But Shelly is still alive, and the murder weapon, the kitchen knife, is stuck in her shoulder.

"Shelly!" Gavin yells as he rushes to her. "Stay with me! Who did this to you?"

"I- I couldn't tell. It happened so fast," Shelly rasped out. "One moment, Dandy and Vee were in an argument, next a masked toon with a knife stabbed them, and then me."

She opens her hand, revealing a piece of cloth. It's a part of someone's clothes. "I managed to get this off them before... They left..." That was all Shelly could say before passing out. Luckily, Sprout was quick, but this situation has gotten more dire after the death of Dandy. But they now have an important clue. This case is about to be cracked wide open.

DW who done it. Part 1

It was a peaceful day in Gardenview. Gavin, for the first time in a long while, was having a peaceful day in his room without any drama. He was just about to get some sleep, Bang! The door to his room suddenly bursts open, sending the poor ghost tumbling to the ground, and on the other side is Hoodie. "HEYA GAVIN! YOU UP?!" The hooded toon yells, "Either way, HERE!" When Gavin sits up, he gets slapped in the face by an envelope.

"You and your siblings are invited to a party at my family's castle. Don't be late." Hoodie says.

"Wait, you have a-" Gavin tried to say before Hoodie left. He then sighs, seems like he has a party to attend, whether he wants to or not. Especially if Connie is involved.

The trip to The Valiant Castle was, for lack of a better word, eventful. Connie kept messing with Gavin, and Soulvester was there to stop her. But it did little to dampen her energy about visiting her uncles' home. And imagine their surprise when they see the royals when they actually get there. This includes Suiter, Amore, Tia, and Lottie.

The party itself was calm; Sprout was there cooking, Shelly was playing with Vespa, Vee was in charge of entertainment, Astro was... Sleeping, and Dandy was just trying to be dandy. Tisha and Brightny were there too. But as far as Gavin was aware, this was a fun party for him. That is, until-

"Everyone! I have an announcement!" Sir Valiant shouts down from the stairs. "Welcome to my special party! I hope you enjoy my killer festivities." It seems that there's more to this party than meets the eye.

"What do you mean, killer?" Connie asks before the lights suddenly go out.

"You see, Connie, this party is a murder mystery-" but before Sir Valiant could finish, there was a scream and a slashing sound! "Party? Hoodie, was that you?"

The lights go back on, and everything looks fine until, "AAAAAHHHHH" thud! Hoodie falls from the second-floor balcony, a puddle of Ichor forming around him. Tisha walks over to check on him... But he isn't even moving. "Hoodie? Come on, wake up. Wake-" Tisha says as she tries to shake him awake. But when she flipped him over, there was a massive gash wound on his chest, and his head was entirely flattened.

She shrieks, "He's dead! He's really dead!!" So loud that everyone in the castle heard it and rushed over. The shock was so bad that she fainted. "T-this wasn't part of the plan... Who did this?!" Sir Valiant yells. "No one leaves this castle until the murderer is caught!" Sir Valiant shouts and locks all the doors.

"Oh man, Uncle Hoodie was murdered; we can't leave, and any of them can be the killer. What are we going to-" Gavin thinks to himself as he looks at everyone. But then he feels someone tug on him. It's Vespa.

Vespa sneakily leads Gavin to a room that seems to be a secret to Sir Valiant. In it is a detective's uniform. Gavin is confused at first, but quickly understands it for him. "Wait, I can't- hey! Vespa, stop!" Gavin says. But Vespa forces him to wear it. A few seconds later, he is Detective Gavin!

Looks like this will be a long night.

Now to shake things up we need suspects! Who has our detective sniffed out?

“Clearly this was either an inside job, a suicide, or…IT T'WAS ME ALL ALONG! Dun dun duuun!!”

Mhm mhm, interesting conclusions detective. But who is the real murder?

OH WHAT A TWIST!! Nobody would suspect a toon so boring!

But now the question is: Do they get away with it??

So I talked to @eventide-paradox and they gave me permission to tell you all about Sir Valiant's Weapon he brings from the past, The shield breaking axe, Excavar!

Excavar is an ancient weapon that was produced for the warrior Lumians. The axes of a type of energy that can cut through almost any material on the blade. The amount of energy used is determined by the strength of the user's grip. It can cut through a war ship's hull with a single slash when at full power and it can act like a normal axe when no power is applied.

It was slowly rendered obsolete after the eradication of the warriors in the Lumian race and introduction of blasters. Most of these weapons were turned into non-functional museum relics or spare parts. Only one left is Sir Valiant's, whose shell can easily repel small arms fire. This includes military pistol blasters and machine gun fire.
