I just got an airbrush to paint my minis and tbh I’m terrified to actually use it

If it didn't come with one, be sure to pick up an airbrush cleaning repair kit, they go for about $10 USD and include a small pick for clearing the nozzle, along with a few different pipe cleaners for scraping any dried paint out of the inside of the airbrush.

Vallejo and Army Painter Air paints are great and already thinned for airbrush painting. I set my air compressor at around 30-40 PSI. 15-20 PSI is good for an even coat of a shade wash.

If you don't have any airbrush paint, you can mix regular paint with paint thinner or water to thin it down so it can be sprayed through the airbrush. 1:1 water to paint should be thin enough, be sure it's thoroughly mixed or some paint might get jammed in the airbrush. Until you know what a good paint consistency is, go for thinner paint to be safe.

Try spraying on cardboard or spare Warhammer sprues to get a feel for how the paint and airbrush behaves. Always spray in a well ventilated room, preferably near a window and wear a mask or respirator to protect your lungs.

Is there anything you're trying to paint to start off? I can try my best to give you advice, but there will probably also be youtube tutorials out there as well. Hope this helps!

Metroid Prime Trilogy may be one of the greatest collections to ever exist, and it's perhaps very strange to nitpick about this, but each Prime game made such an incredible first impression with their menus and UI before you even take control over Samus and its a shame that the Trilogy collection opted to create its own front end menus, erasing the originals. Prime 2 with its rotating menu is my favourite. It's actually like the least functional menu of the bunch but I had never seen anything like it before and it, along with the title screen immediately before it, had banger tracks that aren't in Trilogy.

The Master Chief collection does something similar in compiling every title into one unified menu experience. While I do think a little charm is lost without those scrolling menus from the original halo trilogy, I don't think it hurts the package quite like Metroid Prime Trilogy, idk man.

Not having 360 blades show up in the menus already makes the MC Collection a degraded menu experience, so really they can do what they want with it
