Lesson #2

Dream Killers, Protection & The Angel Method

Now that we know what energy is and how to raise your vibration so you have greater potential energy, let's talk about kinetic energy, aka motion.

I follow gods of knowledge, Thoth, Isis, and others and one thing they have made me realize is how magical and powerful words are. The power of the tongue is often underestimated, which it shouldn't because words travel fast.

Here's lesson #1 in case you missed it.

Dream Killers: A Warning for Anyone Daring to Rise

Now that you know how to raise your vibration, I need to warn you of a little something. You might not have encountered them yet, but I personally call them Dream Killers.

You can follow your path, do the methods, glow from hope, from faith, from the universe, from the well you are drinking from and some people will notice. Some will be genuinely happy for you, excited to see the blessings coming your way. But others? Others will not. They will want you to be miserable, just like they are.

I call them Dream Killers. Others call them energy vampires, haters, jealous souls, envious spirits. Whatever name you give them, they suck. And I do not mean that lightly.

What Dream Killers Really Are

Dream Killers are simply people who have never reached their own potential. And now, they hate anyone who looks like they are on their way to reaching theirs. They want to kill your dreams because they are devoid of hope. Someone convinced them a long time ago—or maybe not even that long ago—that they could not reach a certain goal, and they decided to believe it. Now they are jaded, sour, and bitter about it. And if they cannot have a sweet life, then neither can you.

It Has Nothing to Do With You.

This is the most important thing I need you to remember:

Someone who is satisfied with their life has no reason to hold someone else back from living theirs.

Let that land.

When they mock your hope, they are mourning the version of themselves that gave up. When they roll their eyes at your dreams, they are grieving the dreams they buried. When they tell you to "be realistic," they are really saying: "I gave up, so you should too."

Their attack is not a reflection of your path, it is a confession of theirs.

A satisfied person celebrates others. A bitter person competes with them. A fulfilled person lifts others up. An empty person tries to pull them down. Dream Killers are empty. And that emptiness has nothing to do with you.

You Can Have a Sweet Life

But you need to recognize this energy and move far away from it.

There are several ways to deal with a Dream Killer:

· Kill them with your success. Living your dreams out loud is one of the best ways to defeat them. Your joy becomes undeniable.

· Call them out. Sometimes, naming what they are doing stops them in their tracks.

· Ignore them completely. Their voice does not deserve space in your head.

· Cut them off entirely. If they cannot support your rise, they do not get a seat at your table.

All of these are valid. All of them work.

The Hardest One: When It's Family

This gets especially tough when the Dream Killer is someone you love like a parent, especially when you are still living at home.

I am so sorry if that is your situation.

When it is family, you cannot always walk away easily. But you can:

· Go gray rock—give them boring answers about your life. Protect your dreams like classified information.

· Build your escape in silence—plan, grow, and prepare without their knowledge.

· Detach with love—pity them without joining them.

· Create energy borders—headphones, long walks, early mornings. Physical spaces where their words cannot reach you.

· Remember: their ceiling is not your sky.

What I Really Need You to Do

Before anything else, before you call them out, before you ignore them, before you cut them off, protect yourself.

Protect your energy. Protect your mind, the one that is finally blossoming. Protect your heart, the one that still dares to dream.

And never forget: this has nothing to do with you. And everything to do with them.

Because again:

Someone who is satisfied with their life has no reason to hold someone else back from living theirs.

Say it until you believe it. Say it until it becomes your shield. Say it every time their words try to plant doubt in your chest.

The Angel Method

You know the story of Pavlov's dog? The one where a bell rings, the dog gets fed, and eventually, the dog starts salivating just at the sound of the bell? His brain learned to associate the bell with food. Pavlov tricked the dog's brain into a physical response.

This is the same thing.

Every time you see an angel number, a little nudge from the universe, you are going to train your brain to associate that number with something positive about yourself. You are going to Pavlov yourself into believing in miracles.

The Angel Method is a technique I developed out of nowhere after I started dipping my toe into numerology. I personally love numbers, not math per se, but numbers.

For this method, you will need a pen and a notebook. You could use your notes app, but it is not the same as writing it by hand. Studies show that writing aids cognitive learning better than e-learning. So pick up that pen babe !

The Angel Method consists of tricking your brain into believing in miracles. We all love angel numbers. 11:11, 12:12, 4:20, and there are even more! I decided to use this to my advantage.

The method is simple: write an affirmation every time you see an angel number.

Example: I look at the clock. It is 18:55. I write in my notebook:

18:55: I love being successful at everything I touch.

One more thing, I do not believe in the "I am." I believe in "I love being." Love is the most powerful frequency in the world. Might as well use it to manifest.

I also believe in giving back. So at the same time, I give back to the collective by writing just under:

I love living in a better world.

It is okay to ask, but it is always better to replenish from the well you drink from. Put positive energy back into the world while asking for some to be poured into your life.

This method is so fast when it comes to manifesting. You start seeing angel numbers everywhere and automatically associate them with something positive about yourself. Tricking your brain changes your mind, raises your frequency, and brings your blessings closer to you.

Try it. Come back to me and tell me that I am right. Because I love being right all the time!

The Woo Woo Conclusion…

So here is the thing. When the Dream Killers come for you and they will, you will already be vibrating so high that their words cannot reach you. Their jealousy, their mockery, their little comments? They will bounce right off. Because every time you see an angel number, you will remind yourself that you are protected, powerful, and on your way.

You will not need their approval. You will not need their validation. You will have your own. And that is the kind of self-belief that cannot be stolen.
