"I’m pure at heart. It repels the dirt.”Â
Why am I so sore?
I really don't want to get out of bed.
Lovely
Yeah. It’s like we all live in different parts of the universe, the fact we all once lived on the same planet and fit there is crazy! Earth seems to small.
It's so odd to think about really. Being so close to every human being that existed, I bet it was neat to travel.Â

Do you stay in touch with the people who have graduated already? I always wonder this, everyone looks close. But do they stay close?
I have with some depends on the person although I don't talk to them often. It's always good to keep connections. It's hard to stay close when you're lightyears away.Â
And I am what I am, a natural disaster Pick me up at three, send me off to sea And maybe I’ll come back for you
Say Something :: Thea & Michael
It was rather quiet by then, but then it was a type of quietness that he actually liked. Currently, it was as if there were no endless chatters of other cadets and the humming of the perfectly engineered life support systems, filtering the air they breathe. There were just two people, him and Thea – and it was a peace Michael had never thought that he’d see made into reality. The sole idea of him being this close to a woman made him wanted to laugh at himself. He would have never thought that a person could give such a strange influence on him. Sure, he hangs around with everyone, definitely not your definition of an anti-social being. But in truth, almost like Thea herself, Michael wasn’t exactly a pro in dealing with his own personal feelings.
Specifically, the type of feeling that involves a woman in it.
But Thea… she was different. She had managed to get him to allow himself, for once, to not keep a woman at an arm’s length. They were friends, weren’t they? He himself didn’t even know where that kiss had come from, but that question mattered little to him. Feeling her hand intertwining with his, Michael wasn’t going to regret it, not then, and not ever. He had done it, and he had a feeling that both of them liked it. It also came to his surprise that he actually wanted to do it again, which was a much unexpected feeling.
When she looked up at him, he knew something was coming before she even said it. The slight frown gave it away, but he listened intently to what she had to say, anyway. It dawns unto him that neither does he, knows, what that is or what does it meant. She had to take into account that nothing can be kept a secret forever though – nothing is ever that simple. “I won’t, Thea. Don’t worry.” He assured her, despite his lingering doubt. No promises though, mainly because he still felt guilty towards Ace, even when he knew that Ace and her wasn’t exactly… a thing. But he did know that they have been together since forever, the least he could do was respect that.
…And try not to get himself killed in the process.
On a lighter note, he returned Thea’s smile and another soft laugh went following the action. “Thanks. And you’re not so bad either.” He said in reply to her compliment before pausing briefly and breaking the pause himself. “So I really don’t want to ruin this moment, but you sure you don’t mind wasting your time here with me? I mean, you’re the awesome Squad Leader Thea Davidson, after all.” He gave her a cheeky grin, his words filled with pure amusement. “I feel kinda selfish in keeping you here for myself.”
"Thank you." Thea said glancing down at their hands and away from his gaze. It was a bit unfair to ask him to keep it a secret, it wasn't that she was embarrassed or cared what the others thought. It was Ace. He was the only other person in her world in which she had ever had some sort of feelings for and she his. The thought of him being in her position made her own stomach churn. The hypocrisy of it all was unsettling to her but as she lay there in Michael's arms all's she could think were vain and selfish thoughts. Why could she not have feelings for both of them? She was a free human, she belonged to no one and neither of them could ensnare her into being theirs. She enjoyed Michael's company; his laugh, his touch, and his heart. Was it really all that selfish to want to be around him?Â
Her eyes flickered back to his, "Micheal MacMillan are you trying to get rid of me?" she said playfully toying with his hand. Thea raised her watch and look at the time "If i'm going to be honest my class started, oh, fifteen minutes ago." she said with a slight grin. She propped herself up a little more and released his hand from hers. "I like spending time with you believe it or not but you probably should get some rest without me distracting you." her smile was soft and genuine as she draped her legs off the side of the bed and hopped down.Â
She stretched out and yawned as she stood. Thea turned back around and smiled at him, "One more thing before I go, how does it feel to have lost your lip virginity?" the corners of her mouth twisted into a smile as she leaned in and placed a soft kiss on his cheek. "Now you get some rest champ. No running into burning buildings while I'm gone." she touched his hand one last time before stepping away from the bed. It felt sobering to leave. Her body was still warm from lying with his but was quickly losing the heat it had absorbed as fresh air touched her clothing. She smiled and waved her fingers in his direction before pulling open the curtain and leaving.Â
It all felt strangely like a dream, she just hoped that when she woke up the next morning her that her reality was just as pleasant.Â
I’m pure at heart, it repels the dirt.
Depends, are they gonna carry me on their shoulders and fan me with giant leaves? If not, then it’s just a waste.
I doubt anyone here would ever lift a finger for you. Looks like you'll have to do it the old fashioned way princess.Â
Lovely
You are closer to your dream. It’s exciting.
Now that I think about it, it is rather a dreary dream. I don't regret a thing though.Â
Code Blue:: Thea & Olivia
The anxiety in the pit of her stomach had been growing since she had left Michael in the med bay. It wasn't that she had never had feelings for someone but it was the first time they had really been acted upon. Sure Ace and her had kissed but they always pretended like it never happened the next day. She wasn't much of a talker but this was something she had no experience in. Her father had raised her, there wasn't exactly a lot of feminine influence in her life. She didn't know what to do with this and for once she felt the need to ask.Â
She knocked on the door of Olivia's dorm, hoping it wasn't Alex who answered instead. "Hey, Liv? You got a second?"Â
Say Something :: Thea & Michael
To Michael, the way luck works had always been the most exciting topic – the vagueness, the decisiveness, and the endless possibilities that existed within the borders of reality. For a few hours he had managed to suck up his fate trapped inside the white cube of a med-bay, doing nothing but staring upon his datapad, planning his escape, trying to avoid looking at the white walls surrounding him. He would count the seconds, impatiently waiting to be released out of the dreadful place. Though as time passes by, he learned extraordinary things were still possible to occur, even in an immensely boring situation. Some weren’t just a single thought, but a collection of thoughts. Some weren’t even thoughts at all, but actions – or even a person.
And right now, he had eyes and mind for just one person, whom was sitting right next beside him. He was starting to wonder if his luck meter was running low at all, as he thought it initially was, but the latter proved quite the contrary. No man should be this lucky. Yesterday he had cheated death, he had saved someone that he truly cared about, and today, against all odds, he had the very company of that particular someone. And now that he thought that his latest abrupt action had ruined the whole scenario, she surprisingly had played along with it – something he truly did not expect. He had kissed her, and she was kissing him back.
Again, no man should ever be this lucky.
When the kiss had ended naturally, Michael took her hand in his and he felt a satisfied and genuine smile spread over his face as she laid her head upon his shoulder. After a few moments had passed, she looked up at him, a gaze in which he returned casually. The question did not take him off guard, as it made perfect sense, and he began to trace circles upon her hand before answering – a gesture she previously done on him. “You.” He answered simply with a light smile. “And perhaps, just how lucky of a man I am to be here, alive, and with the company of you, nonetheless.” He finished, followed by a light chuckle. “And what are you thinking about right now, Thea?”
Thea felt strangely relaxed lying there in such close contact. It was a bit surreal, she almost felt like it hadn't happened but she knew it had. It wasn't like her to be so blind. Part of her wondered if she had come of as more than friends to him. It didn't really matter now she supposed. He had crossed that bridge when he brought his lips to hers and...she smiled to herself. The sensation she felt in her stomach felt girlish and strange but she almost didn't mind it. He was handsome, very handsome and he wasn't on her squad so there was no conflict of interest. But still part of her wanted to run and forget about what had just happened.Â
"You are very lucky." she took his hand, which was significantly bigger than her own, and intertwined their fingers and releasing them. She kept repeating the motion mindlessly as she spoke. "I'm thinking about that thing we just did and about how crazy I am for still laying here. But here I am." she laughed softly and closed her fingers down on his, this time keeping them intertwined.Â
She wondered what Ace would think of it. He probably wouldn't be too keen on the idea of her and one of his cadets. The thought made her frown a bit. She hadn't been thinking and she could only imagine him being upset with her. Thea felt the guilt creeping back up again. She didn't belong to him and it's not like they were together...why did she feel so bad about having feelings for Michael. She supposed that's what they were. She liked it when he had kissed her and she had kissed him back not to mention that she wanted to do it again.Â
"Michael, don't tell anyone about this okay? I'm not really sure what this is or what it means just yet..." she looked up at him, her crystalline eyes holding his. The corners of her lips turned upward in a slight smile, "Whatever it is though, I kind of like it and you're not so bad yourself" she laughed giving his hand a squeeze.Â
I’m in need of food and sustenance like, now.Â
What, do you need an escort to the messie or something?
Lovely
It also means you are closer to getting out there and really helping people get rid of the rebels.
That's all I've ever really wanted to do. It's a bit surreal to almost be there.Â
I think I've ran out of things to shoot at,
No? Not even pet names?Â
Welted? Paintballs can do that? Okay. Got it. Right. Always say no, stay away from Ace, and don’t volunteer to be a live target. Taken to memory.Â
… Do you really think I can’t dodge a single bullet?Â
I'll accept T, but that's about it.Â
Military grade paintballs can. Good, for a smart girl you sure do learn quite slowly... We can test that theory one day but my guess is no.Â
I…I don’t really get the readin’…where’s Cinnamon when I need her? Damn.
Maybe I can help? I do have the second highest IQ at this school.Â
