That’s a letter Adele wrote to her fans and put in 5 programs at her Irish shows.

“I have no idea what’s going to happen over the coming year. All I know is that I want to do it! I want to see you, I want to hear you and I want you to leave my show with a different and very real opinion of my songs. This tour has been in the back of my mind for years. I’ve always wanted to do it but never quite been ready or something else has come up, like vocal surgery or giving birth! Having it come to life over the last 10 months has been intensely incredible.

I’m used to playing theatres and I’m way comfortable in those sized venues. So when I decided to play arenas my main concern was "how do I make an arena show feel intimate? How do I put my stamp on a big industrial room? How do I entertain you by standing (sometimes sitting) there and singing my heart out?

I can’t wait to show you! Thanks for coming.
