GROUP #1 - OPEN STARTER.
Adrenaline pumping, breathing heavy, Adrian eyed the shopping mall, wondering if anybody was inside. With whatever was going on, he was unsure what he'd find; people looting or those creatures that had driven him and Blaine apart, separating them. He was determined to find his twin, having been scoping the town since their zombie neighbor attacked them, doing his best to reunite with his other half. To no avail, it'd brought him here, figuring that his brother was always the type to be prepared, so maybe he would stop for supplies, as they both had nothing when they'd been forced to run for their lives. Hell, his phone was even useless, dead, so he couldn't text Blaine to see where he was at. Perhaps, if he was lucky, he could find a charger in the mall and charge his phone long enough to check on his twin and the rest of his family, who were stranded in California, which now more than ever, he understood. This, like many of the video games he'd played, was the end of all things. And things weren't looking too good.
He'd managed to avoid the living dead on his adventure to the mall, much to his satisfaction, as he wasn't sure he was ready to face one on his own, even if he was armed with a bowie knife. If this was how things were going to be, he was going to have to muster the courage to keep himself alive. Long enough to find his family and furthermore, a safe place to stay where no one would get hurt.
Anderson hadn't realized how jumpy he was until he heard a noise from behind him, causing him to spin around on the heels of his shoes to investigate. God, he hoped he wasn't about to come face to face with something deadly.
