I just encountered the absolute peak of "Newly Coded" audacity. There are "Emo" servers out there—places supposedly built on a subculture we created—where you can't be over 20.

Let that sink in. A bunch of kids who weren't even sentient during the Black Parade are trying to gatekeep a movement built on the blood, sweat, and eyeliner of the 30-year-old Legacy crowd. Banning anyone over 20 from an Emo server is like banning the Architect from the building they designed. It’s total "watery" behavior. They want the "aesthetic" without the actual history or the scars.
