Found these pics of an ex model talking about how he had put on a fair bit of weight between jobs and the post was the first of many in his weight loss journey, there were no more posts so I can only assume he failed and kept the new squishiness.

Over the years the novelty shirt Jake wore constantly got tighter and tighter as his athleticism and good habits faded under cheap fast food and laziness. In his late teens the shirt was roomy but by his early twenties it was starting to get a little skin tight, showing off that his athletic past was disappearing under thickening layer of fat. Seen here in his mid twenties the shirt naturally sits just under his glutenous new belly button evidence of his over indulgence. His friends giggle when this guy with the mindset and arrogance of a jock has a ring of flab constantly sitting over his pants and revealed by his outgrown shirts. He refuses to accept he’s gotten fat even though they all know he’s gained over 35 pounds since his swimming and running days. Any attempt at exercise leaves him winded and sweaty these days and after his hysterically awful return to swimming where he somehow manged to squeeze his larded up arse into old swimming jammers and ignored how huge his belly had gotten over time. He’s a fat boy now even if his face isn’t really showing it yet.
