Nonetheless
Barely living, scarcely loving. Thinking and treading, oh, where am I heading? Nonetheless, Iâm still believing.

The Last Time I Will Write
Face the music, Don't be sick. Don't pretend, No need to defend. The last time you will write, Is the last time that you're right. You had your time, But this is your last might.
I like people with depth, I like people with emotion, I like people with a strong mind, an interesting mind, a twisted mind, and also someone that can make me smile.
Abbey Lee Kershaw (via wordsnquotes)
Your Mind; You're Mine.
Your mind is beautiful and I am in awe. I am grateful for I have been privileged to make it under your skin. All your flaws and scars are mine, too; I will gladly tread the path with you. For your mind is beautiful and Iâm glad youâre mine.

Giving Up
Giving up doesnât mean you are scared. For some, it is an act of bravery. At least from an optimistic side of the world, it is. We should learn the art of giving up; WHEN it is needed and WHY is it needed. We shouldnât let all the negativity of one situation soak up and blind us from within; blind us from the reality of accepting what is real. Giving up isnât easy. Itâs like you, trying NOT TO EAT FRIESÂ or any of your favorite food just to be healthy, but giving up the right things, people, habit, and anything else that negates and gets in the way of you becoming a BETTER person, a grown up and mature personâIS AND WILL ALWAYS BE WORTH IT. It may not be, for now, but eventually. Eventually, my dear.
You have to work at relationships. You canât just walk out on them every time something goes wrong.
Nick Hornby, High Fidelity (via wordsnquotes)
I always feel like there is a decision to be made. That if you are not happy you have to do something to change it, but sometimes there is nothing you can do, sometimes itâs better to sit back and watch the world change your life for you.
Kinzey Gill (via wordsnquotes)

Distance makes the heart grow. <3
One of the reasons why we crave love, and seek it so desperately, is that love is the only cure for loneliness, and shame, and sorrow. But some feelings sink so deep into the heart that only loneliness can help you find them again. Some truths about yourself are so painful that only shame can help you live with them. And some things are just so sad that only your soul can do the crying for you.
Gregory David Roberts, Shantaram (via thelovejournals)
We do not know why we love a person; we love for no reason. One cannot love a man for his merits; and in this respect love is like grace which is given freely, no for merits, for nothing. Love is a gracious radiating energy.
Nikolai Berdyaev, The Destiny of Man (via fyp-philosophy)
Whenever youâre in conflict with someone, there is one factor that can make the difference between damaging your relationship and deepening it. That factor is attitude.
William James (via fyp-psychology)
Each day, we wake slightly altered, and the person we were yesterday is dead. So why, one could say, be afraid of death, when death comes all the time?
John Updike, Self-Consciousness (via wordsnquotes)
We were altered; each day that passed.
We were all brought up to want things and maybe the world isnât big enough for all that wanting. I donât know. I donât know anything.
John Updike, Rabbit Redux (via wordsnquotes)
I do not know anything.
Thatâs the trouble with caring about anybody, you begin to feel overprotective. Then you begin to feel crowded.
John Updike, Rabbit Redux (via wordsnquotes)
The truth is, some relationships are supposed to last forever, and some are only supposed to last a few days. Thatâs the way life is.
Sophie Kinsella, Can You Keep a Secret? (via wordsnquotes)
