do you think anyone can change their personality's to be what they want , even if everyone around them is different?

I truthfully find it very hard to change your personality according to what you want it to be. There have been many times I've tried to change bits and pieces of myself, mostly ending up in failure. If it were easier, I'd be a much different man than I turned out to be.
