Aglio e Olio Prawn Pasta
What you need: 1/2 kilo prawn, peeled and tail on 3 cloves of garlic chopped 1 tbsp olive oil A dash of lemon juice 300 grams fettuccini Lemon zest Parmesan cheese Lemon for garnishing Chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Boil water and add salt and a little oil to cook the pasta for 11mins until al dente, set aside. On a pan, saute garlic with olive oil, add prawns until cooked, add lemon juice and a bit of salt and pepper. Toss cooked prawn and olive oil into the pasta, add lemon zest, top with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
