I’m sure all of you have been waiting for the day that I made a Tumblr account and today is that day I suppose.

You should know who I am but I suppose I’ll give you a introduction. My name is Emma Frost and I am apart of the X-Men and a teacher at Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters. Some of you may also know me as the White Queen and the owner of the Hellfire Club and perhaps that’s all you need to know about me. For now, at least.

I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay here. Goodbye for now.

She opens the door to let him in, a soft smile on her face.

“You know, darling, I would ask how this… magical anonymous person did this but I’m afraid I don’t want to know. How are you feeling?”

I can’t think straight and my head hurts and my body hurts.

I don’t know how they did it either.

She placed a palm on his cheek, patting it softly.

“You’ll be alright, darling. Whenever I’m in that much pain, I take some ibuprofen and it almost always helps.”

She walked over to her vanity, grabbing a couple of pads and a bottle of ibuprofen, and gave them to him.

*Scott leans into the brief touch.*

I’ve dealt with worse, it’s just the hormones shifting. Obviously I haven’t really dealt with that.

*Scott watches Emma longingly, not that she could see it from behind the visor. He missed her.*

She grinned, stepping closer and putting her hands on his chest.

“I hope you haven’t forgotten in our time away from each other that I am a telepath. I’ve missed you a lot, Scott. How about you stay here with me? For recovery purposes, of course.”

*Scott’s cheeks grow pink, a mix of embarrassed and flustered.*

Of course I hadn’t forgotten. It’s just been a while, I didn’t know if you still had such easy access to my mind.

I’d love to stay.. for recovery purposes.

*Scott’s eyes never left Emma. God it had been a while since he talked to anyone worthwhile. Isolation had taken a toll.*

She chuckled softly at his reaction, slowly slipping her hands off his chest.

“I’ll always have easy access to your mind, Scotty. Here, let me get you a glass of water to take with the ibuprofen. I can imagine how bad the pain is. Just go lie down, alright?”

*Scott misses Emma’s touch the second it leaves him.*

It’s not the worst thing I’ve experienced.. certainly not fun though.

Lay down in your bed? Are you sure? I can take the couch.

“Darling, I’m absolutely sure. The bed is much more comfortable than the couch.”

She grabbed a glass and filled it, walking back over to Scott and leading him to the bed.

I just wasn’t sure if you’d be okay with me being in your bed, having not talked in a while.

*Scott mutters as he lays in Emma’s bed. He sinks into it immediately, much better than his old mattress back home.*

She sat down next to him, handing him the glass.

A very seemingly upset Emma Frost barges into Lilith’s office with a wine bottle in one hand and two wine glasses in another.

“Darling, I really hope you’re not busy right now—well, I don’t exactly care, actually, you’re spending the rest of your night with me.”

A startled ROW comes from the lioness, fumbling with the pen in her hand before papers scatter, earning a harsh sigh, turning her chair to face the woman.

“Emma! buz kraliçesi— what on earth is the matter?”

She stands, walking forward, adjusting her glasses, looking down.

“I wasn’t expecting a date, I would have dressed more properly than just my jeans and sweater.”

She shook her head, waving her hand dismissively before plopping herself onto Lilith’s desk, crossing one leg over the other.

“You’re alright as you are, darling. My date has been cut short for whatever reason, so now my night is completely free. Hank brought me some expensive wine, but since we didn’t even get to drink it, that’s what you and I shall be doing.”

She began to pour the said wine into the two glasses.

“Ah, yes he did say he had a date. Scrambled off on me.”

She follows, sitting back in her chair as she rolled it back to give her room.

“Appears vacation has made him rather short on time.”

“Possibly. But I feel as if I may have scared him off. I brought up how our psychic rapport had been severed, and not even a moment later, he said he had to leave.”

She sighed, picking up the glass and taking a sip.

“Perhaps I’m just overthinking it and he really did have something to do.”

“Did he give a reason other than just ‘he had to go’? That doesn’t seem very Hankish to do.”

She reaches and collects the glass into her hand, studying the liquid. She takes a sip, leaning back.

“I will say that it’s rude, you are dressed to the heavens and he just scampers? Was he acting off when he arrived?”

“No, none at all. All he said was that he may have to ‘cut and run.’ It’s why it seemed so strange.”

She sighed, taking a much longer sip of her wine this time.

“No, he seemed to act as he usually does. Maybe he’s just getting used to being back? It had been quite a long while.”

“Indeed, it has…much has changed, I mean.”

She sipped the wine, which was more, a quick finish of it, setting the glass to the side as her tail sways.

“Have you noticed anything else odd? Or odd about the date? He’s normally a fellow to finish a date throughly, rather than leaving abruptly.”

“Well, he did say something strange when we first saw each other. He made an innuendo about ‘putting me back together.’ I’m all for an innuendo, but I’m sure you know my experience with that sort of thing.”

She grabbed the bottle and practically filled her glass to the brim, taking another long sip.

“At least he brought good wine; it’s Amontillado. It certainly is divine.”

“He isn’t one for jokes of that sort…Amontillado? Like the poe story?”

She collects the glass again with a soft nod, sipping slowly.

“One of popular stories of his.”

“Yes, and speaking of Edgar Allan Poe, he even got me one of his books.”

She tipped her head back, drinking the entire thing until there wasn’t a drop left.

“Maybe his time away has really changed him that dramatically.”

“…oh. Well. Good wine?”

She nods, finishing her glass as she sets it to the side.

“One of his books? Which one might that be? I’m a personal fan of ‘The Red Death’.”

“Sorry, I believe it was an entire collection of his works in one book. I haven’t particularly read much of Poe’s work, so I’m sure all of it will be a surprise to me when I read it. Hm… do you think I should talk to Hank? Or maybe he just needs some time.”

“No more for me, thank you however, reports must be filled with a normal mind.”

She laughs softly, waving her paw.

“Maybe…maybe give him tonight and the morning, then speak…?”

“If you say so, darling.”

She continued to pour more into her glass.

“I believe that’s what I will do. But enough about me and Hank, has anything happened to you? We also haven’t seen each other in quite a while.”

“Ah, life. A pregnancy scare, training the goobers known as Aurora and Ray, just trying to swim in a downflow of river…how have you been?”

She raised a brow, a teasing grin on her face.

“Pregnancy scare? So I can assume you and Kurt have been busy?”

She chuckled softly.

“I’ve been alright. It’s been quite the busy year for me, and I’m glad that I’ve come back. The only really exciting thing was that I was able to visit my brother. Everything else was just business meetings and such.”
