I need help finding a fanfic from years ago

If anyone has ever read a fanfiction where Thorin Oakenshield falls in love with a female dwarf (who is not considered attractive by dwarf standards because she looks human, as in no facial hair) and the story follows them before the arrival of Smaug at Erebor, please PLEASE PLEASE tell me the name. If it helps, the oc crushed both her legs trying to save Fili and Kili in their childhood and uses crutches to get around the rest of her life. The story ends with one ending where Thorin dies during the trip to reclaim Erebor (just like in the movie/book) and an alternate ending where Thorin visits the grave of OC at a very old age and their granddaughter comes in and leads him away. It was the best fanfic I have ever read and I have been looking for it for years. I NEED to find and read this thing again.
