In 2011 I had to force a smile. I was miserable & sick. I had lost some of my baby weight but in an unhealthy way. I struggled with daily pain & I was told I probably had arthritis on top of other medical conditions I already struggled with. I almost gave up! My weight loss came to a HAULT! I felt DRAINED ALL THE TIME! Life was becoming very difficult to keep up with. And then along came a miracle. A drink dubbed "The Healthiest Meal of the Day" or SHAKEOLOGY! And amazing things began to happen. I broke my "plateau". I gained ENERGY & I became pain free. SHAKEOLOGY has CHANGED my life! And as it it dawned on me that there were others out there that needed help like me. I decided to become a COACH. If you are struggling with your weight. If you lack energy? If you are feeling sick? Sometimes we make ourselves oblivious to the fact that we are going to die. We ignore reality thinking that there's always tomorrow. We procrastinate & miss out on the things that we know we should be doing & then we complain when we don't have what we want. We complain for minor aches & pains when there are others fighting real battles. We neglect or don't make time to appreciate the people who truly matter. We are afraid to speak from our hearts or discuss something we are passionate for fear of something as insignificant as rejection. We FAIL to FOLLOW YOUR HEART our hearts true desire for FEAR of FAILING. LIFE is for LIVING. For taking chances. For loving ourselves. Even if I FAIL miserably. I WILL DIE with a great big smile knowing that I fought. That I tried. That even though people laughed at me. I reigned VICTORIOUS. That I truly LIVED. Don't forget for a moment that life is a GIFT that every time you open your eyes you have been granted the opportunity to make a change. To touch a life. To give a smile and to pursue your DREAMS! Always always follow your heart it will never lead you in the wrong direction.
