Don’t ever doubt your ability to change. We can get stuck in ruts and also get into a mental space where we think any kind of change is impossible. Change for some reason makes us think it’s a singular moment where everything turns around. That’s fundamentally not true. The only reason I am here today is because of small Incremental Changes and Small Choices consistently over time. Change isnt a single moment but many moments of little changes put together. A good night’s sleep is incredibly important for your health.

People with short sleep duration tend to weigh significantly more than those who get adequate sleep.

4. Sleep affects glucose metabolism and type 2 diabetes risk

These symptoms resolved after one week of increased sleep duration.
