There is something pagan in me that I cannot shake off.
I am 48 years old and I live in the USA. I study and practice occultism. I use the psychodrama of occult rituals to practice Greater Magic. I adhere to the philosophical model of spirituality, as represented by Jungian archetype theory, which views dieties as archetypes of the collective consciousness. Additionally, I draw from many philosophies in my practice of Greater Magic. Examples: Western Occultism , Paganism, Gnosticism, Satanism, Luciferianism, Symbology, Eastern Mysticism (Taoism), Pantheism, animism/voodoo. I also draw upon philosophy, mostly nihilism (nietzche & Cioran) and I practice Zen meditation. I am very sex positive. I'm polyamorous. I am also non-binary and pansexual. I practice sex magick through pornography meditation and ritualized masturbation. I revere the architypal dieties of the flesh (baphomet, priapus, satyrs, etc) as inspiration for my hedonism. As such, this is a NSFW page. DMs are open, so come say "hello!"
The goat man cometh. I have adopted the goat archetype for my own because I share some traits with this horned beast. Goats are fiercely independent, and rather eccentric, so they're sometimes misunderstood. Nevertheless their stubborn willpower and ingrained strength make them one of the oldest and most revered animal species on Earth.
Hollywood seems ideal for Lucifer. It is well known in Satanic lore that Lucifer favors artists. He also is known for favoring outcasts who've been rejected by traditional religious society--and California was a magnet for outcasts. The Morning Star shines brightly upon Southern California. L.A. became such a haven for outcasts (artists, homosexuals, hippies and radicals) that it would became known in some Christian circles as the City of Lost Angels.
I think that such a nickname would make Lucifer smile because he was the original Lost Angel. But he knew that not all who wander are lost.
A lot of us mere mortals can relate. Los Angeles has long been a haven for outcasts fleeing abusive homes/relationships. We are not lost because we demanded freedom from that abuse. We are not lost because we cut ties with toxic people. We're not lost because we're different. We are not lost.
We took back control of our lives and found ourselves--and our people. We have lost nothing. We have gained everything. They have lost us. It's their loss, not ours. We're the winners and we deserve it, because did not give up on ourselves as they have. We're in control our own destiny.
