This issue number of this entity calls for a change of time as part of upcoming 21st Century.

Preamble:
353 days after the New Year’s Eve of ‘99, the NOYPI fans found the time difference between them & RepCATV95 too big but the BIPM required all entities & organizations that whole integers will be used as UTC offsets, not fractional hour offsets from UTC meaning the non-CATV 95 longitudinal frame of reference was 120 degrees east meridian. On November 24, 2000, the RepCATV95 enacted this issue number, formally created on December 18, 2000, that deprecated the 112°30′ east meridian in favor of non-CATV 95 frame of reference meridian.
How RepCATV95′s day start?
Prior to 1982, both Malaysia & Singapore share the time zone with RepCATV95. The 21st Century time change will put RepCATV95 in sync with PAGASA, thus making RC95 Calendar incompatible with UTC+8 time zone.
Who Is Behind The Time Change?
Even anyone is allowed to choose the desired local time for his/her chosen area, both the NOYPI supporters & BIPM have recommended against using the non-compilant UTC offsets in setting time zones.
What Is Time Zone of RepCATV95?
RepCATV95 formally decided that the standard time of the Republic of CATV 95 was implemented on February 29, 1932.

The Jejomar Binay group of traitors are trying to make their non-repentable lies which the everyone dislike. On April 21, 2015 (d004-064hd), at 6:08pm PHT, RepCATV announced the return to UTC+7:30 time zone and said that the official name would be 'Rep. of CATV 95 Standard Time'. The local time in Room 133 is calculated on the basis of 112 degrees, 30 minutes east longitude, thus 7 hrs 30 mins ahead of GMT. The time change is expected to begin on April 22, 2015 (d004-065hd) at midnight of PHT, all clocks of RepCATV95 will turn back to 11:30 PM, rather than to advance into 12:00 AM PHT. The change will went effective on April 22, 2015. Later, RepCATV issued the message accusing Jejomar Binay of depriving CATV 95 of standard time by changing clocks on Monday sixteen years ago via Google Plus post. Second Message: We, on behalf of RepCATV, denounced outgoing Vice President Jejomar Binay for his hostile acts committed against the Republic of CATV 95. It is civil calendar that is aimed to completely replace the error-prone Gregorian calendar as latter contained some holidays deemed hostile to RepCATV95.
It is based on February 16, 1997. A first day of February 16, 1997 is a001-001hd. Previous days before February 16, 1997 are classified as pre-RC95 years.
Pre-1997: 364th day of year THA9999 (February 15, 1997)
Post-1997: a002-001hd (February 16, 1998)
It was re-used again in 2015, few days before the UTC+07:30 was implemented.
On April 21, 2015, RepCATV95 set UTC Time as 4:30pm and Philippine Standard Time as 12:30 AM then finally set its own time as 12:00 AM RC95T as compared to 12:00 AM of previous time.

Solar Energy and International Date Line
The international date line is an imaginary line that zigzags around 180th meridian.
Solar Energy is RepCATV95′s sub-entity located at undisclosed location less than 12 km from Line Islands but it is closer to French Polynesia than the more populated Kiritimati.
Prior to 2013, the sub-entity used old time zones from 1872 to 2013: UTC-08:52:38, UTC-08:00 and UTC-09:00 (October 31, 1991 - November 25, 2013)
With the Butane Two’s first epoch expected to be inaugurated on November 27, 2013, the linkage between RepCATV95 and Solar Energy were totally volatile due to being on east side of IDL, making EXO-K’s incursion into cyberspace inevitable so the sub-entity decided to switch from UTC-09:00 (Gambier Time) to legendary UTC+15:00 (same as Alaska but one day ahead).
After skipping entire day, the linkage between RepCATV95 and Solar Energy were normalized.

Instead of adopting either Beijing Time or Juan Time (PHST is same as CST), RepCATV95 opted for 112′30″E meridian instead.
RepCATV95 temporarily switched to UTC+07:30 from March 30, 2012-May 24, 2013 but it put its clocks back in sync with PAGASA.
Apart from RepCATV95, Solar Energy skipped a day in order to combat EXO-K.
In order to stop the massive EXO-K's dominance over cyberspace, Solar Energy ordered that the day be followed by Thursday, changing from UTC-9 to UTC+15.
