The worst thing about not having a cellphone (so far) is not remembering any passwords and then not being able to authenticate my accounts because I don't have a number to text some code to even though I already used my email to gain access. And not having weather updates lol

Friends, I am 170.8 lbs this morning. I’m down about 12lbs over the last 6 or so weeks. I’m really starting to notice it now. Stomach is way flatter always, even after eating. My pants are starting to fall off me, which is actually pretty annoying, some days I feel like I’m walking around in a big diaper. There’s constant hunger at this point, even after just finishing eating I’m hungry. But this isn’t unbearable by any means and I’m definitely not starving myself. The weather has been fantastic so I’ve been moving my body way more with all of my farm and garden chores and I’ve been going on multiple walks per day, so the caloric deficit is noticeably more

My workouts suffered big time all last week. I’ve been feeling like shit from lack of sleep, I’m averaging about 5.5 hours a night. Work has been stressful and I’ve had to work more OT than usual the last week, not a fan. Trying to balance my life with such little time to spare has been challenging but we’re making the best of it. We’re almost at summer’s solstice so shorter days are ahead, which means chickens will go to bed earlier and so will I

I’ve got 2 more weeks on my current workout plan and then I’ll be switching to a calisthenics based workout routine focusing on toning while getting even leaner. It’ll be a slower approach to muscle growth and will start incorporating muscles that aren’t typically targeted during traditional free weight exercises

I need to get into more focused ab work, really pushing myself to grow them. Abs and a good, deep stretching routine. Sometimes you gotta slow it down to speed it up

I quit smoking cigarettes about 12 years ago. I’ve been dreaming about it a lot over the last 2 years, and a bit more recently, for whatever reason

I do find myself smoking more joints lately, as it’s been giving the scratch to my itch. I don’t want a cigarette, necessarily. I actually have zero desire for one to be honest. But I love the act of smoking. Walking around the garden with a joint burning between my fingers, man, that’s good stuff
