I can’t lie, the hiking and surfing sounds good. I’m not much for sports, but I’ll catch a wave or two.
Oh yeah? Guess I’ll keep an eye out for you in St. Barts then. Maybe we can take a hike or catch some waves together.

MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Kitty
Kitty: Again, impressive.
Kitty: Something similar, I suppose. I can't say I'm much of the commitment type, due to the fact that the thought of commitment gives me hives, but 'fun' is definitely in my vocabulary.
Hunter: Thank you.
Hunter: Ah. Commitment is sort of a bit of a standard for me. Seeing someone and having them seeing other people just makes it more gossipy. And used to try and break my concentration and focus. Discretion is key.
MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Kitty
Kitty: And you're going for the Olympics. That's some impressive stuff.
Kitty: I play to win. I take risks, but it means I rarely lose.
Kitty: So, in light of that, I'm gonna cut to the chase. What are you in the market for here?
Hunter: I made the team as an alternate for London-- Paris will be my forth games. It's kind of old hat now. But also not.
Hunter: Someone fun to have fun with. But also to keep the tabloids off my back and from trying to hook me up with every one of my teammates or competitors. Something not distracting, and something that isn't going to be front page gossip fodder.
Hunter: What about you?
prettiestkittywilde:
I went once to shoot a swimwear ad a few years ago, but they housed us in some motel that still gives me nightmares. And I’m fully planning on spending every hour of sunlight by the pool. Will I see you on the tanning beds?
Perfect place for a swimwear ad I’m sure. Sounds like we’ll be somewhere much, much better though. No tanning beds for me. But I’m looking for some adventures on the island. Exploring, hiking, surfing, swimming, para sailing, and Blaine and I have been talking about beach Volleyball so I’ll definitely be looking to get a game of that going.
luxeryder:
Whilst showing off my bikini body is totally on my to-do list, the water sports in St Barts look crazy fun. If anyone wants to come kite surfing, jet skiing, surfing or flyboarding then hit your boy up. Bros totally welcome, non-romantic styles.
I definitely want to go surfing while in St. Barts-- so let me know. Also para-sailing.

Okay! So I kinda thought that was a thing but like I also didn’t really know enough about the sport to just KNOW it. It sounds kinda confusing. How often do you have those weird ones where you are a team? Well it depends on where I am. If we’re back home in Tennessee, then it’s a lot of my highschool friends, people I’ve known since I was like 5 years old. I used to play football so a lot of them I played on the team with, some cheerleaders. But my hs bestie was in band with me so I guess we were kinda outcasts at first. My friend here in LA are a lot like me. People who are nice and don’t let all the glam get to them.
Yeah, it’s kind of confusing if you’re not used to it. So regular international competitions don’t have them, but it’s basically one a year- except Olympic years (2) and the year after the Olympics (0). Wow. I’m not sure I know anyone still that I knew when I was 5 to be honest. That’s ...wow. I can’t eve imagine. Sounds pretty cool though. Have you dated any of your friends?
MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Sam
Sam: There ain't nothing wrong with knowing what you want! It's kinda admirable tbh.
Sam: I kinda fall in love real easy. So I just sorta date, and then when that don't work out I cry for a week and then I kinda move on. But then I'll just fall SUPER fast again. My favorite quote is "I love to love." Cause that's the Sammy experience. I just don't know how to take things slow I guess, there's just SUCH a beauty in everyone I can't help it.
Sam: There are a couple hiking trails I take that have pretty dope views at night. Well I mean as good as you get in LA anyway. I have better spots back home away from all the lights and noise.
Sam: You're not wrong. But you just take it one day I guess.
Hunter: You might be the first person to see it that way. There have been comments about the need to remove something from my ass.
Hunter: And that's not... terrifying? Because to me? That's boderline terrifying.
Hunter: Well, if you're interested in sharing the trails, and the views, especially at night, let me know. Yeah, the city has environmental, light, and noise pollution.
Hunter: That's all you can do.
luxesam:
I have the severe case of writers block…. And I’ve barely even begun writing the new album.
Anyone got any pointers on finding inspiration!?? I’ll do almost anything!
Maybe you just need to step away from it for a bit and focus on something else? It could be like the proverbial pot that never boils while being watched.
Sounds like you need to go have some fun, maybe an adventure, and I bet then the inspiration will come. This trip to St. Barts will probably be incredibly helpful for you. Let me know if you want to do something.
MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Kitty
Kitty: Abs and biceps, good to know. I did gymnastics for two years in high school and I hated everything but floor, so colour me impressed.
Kitty: I actually ran into his daughter Dylan at New York Fashion week last year and name dropped the hell out of myself. It's the cringiest thing a person can do, but that's the business.
Hunter: Different strokes for different folks. I enjoy that kind of a work out.
Hunter: It's kind of impressive that you would do that. Honestly, I don't think I would.
prettiestkittywilde:
I guess I’ll see y’all in St Barts. It’s perfect considering I have a new little black two piece that’s been itching to be shown off by a pool somewhere. Plus, 24/7 access to mimosas? I’ll drink to that.
I’m excited to get to St. Barts; I’ve never been before. Have you? I bet there is a lot to do if you’re so inclined. And then plenty of beach or pools if you’re not.
MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Rachel
Rachel: Good question.
Rachel: If it's just a friendly competition, I don't see why others couldn't join in on the karaoke fun.
Rachel: Idk? Do you have any thoughts if we should or not?
Hunter: As opposed to.... what else would it be? Unfriendly competition?
Hunter: Unless competition as a date is okay. Then definitely nix the idea of inviting others along.
Hunter: Should we see if the resort in St. Barts has karaoke?
agoldenstar:
☆
It’s definitely a unique mashup. Oh, I got it. Have you thought about doing your recordings and posting them? It gives me the excuse to pick up that guitar or play the piano again. I miss the creative side of music. I highly recommend it whenever you’re not at the competitions or karaoke.
I can’t blame you on that front; it’s nice not having snow days in the winter. Music will always be my favorite. Though acting helps broaden my creative side, it forces me to see different perspectives of the characters I play. Not to mention traveling and filming in other countries is undoubtedly on the pro side.
No. Singing is just a for fun part now. I like it better that way. Besides, if I link myself to music people might be more inclined to dig up what I did and I’m doing my best to keep that squarely in the past.
I’ve been based out of Colorado so long that I will miss the mountains and the snow that comes with it. How many parts have you had to go to other countries for? And where have you gone?
luxesam:
🎼
That sounds really neat. Are you like a captain? Do you have captains for gymnastics? is it a team thing or kinda a solo thing? Well a small circle can be good too, they would just care a whole lot more which I think is really cool.
No, we don’t officially have a captain. But the most experienced usually takes on that sort of role. It’s both. We compete individually but there is also a team event at the world championships (except the year after the Olympics-- I’m not sure why) and the Olympics. That is a good way to look at it. What about you? What does your friend group look like?
MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Rachel
Hunter: Both it is then.
Hunter: Should we send out an invite to anyone else to join us or?
MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Sam
Sam: What do you mean "too particular"? I don't think I understand.
Sam: That sounds like loads of experience! I'm kinda a serial dater myself. I kinda don't really see the point in stringing someone along if you're not really into them or nothing. Just kinda hurts people at the end of the day and I refuse to be that dude that played with people's feelings. That's messed up.
Sam: Usually songwriting. Or stargazing until there's no more stars. Occasionally the horizontal dance... but not in a tent. It's been a while tho, took me a while to get over my ex. But I'm totally over that now which is awesome, some people are kinda just meant to be temporary I guess.
Hunter: I don't make friends easily. Maybe I'm just too picky. Or judgey.
Hunter: What do you mean by serial dater? I don't know that first dates count as relationship experience. But I have had a couple of solid relationships. Sometimes it takes a while to get to know the real person though. I know it's true for me-- I can be very guarded and cautious at first. So unless we're talking big turn offs, I want to give others the same benefit sometimes.
Hunter: Where do you stargaze in LA?
Hunter: Getting over exes is never easy.
MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Blaine
Blaine: So do I. I'm looking forward to it!
Blaine: Does 2 p.m. work for you?
Hunter: It does. I'll make the appointment and send you the details.
Hunter: Did you want to grab lunch before? Or maybe wait and see how tennis goes and have dinner.
MATCHED! 💖 Hunter ⮂ Sam
Sam: Well it's really good that you have a place that you can do that! Everybody needs a safe space where they can just be themselves. I'm sorry you need a app to do that, but I am glad there's something! Hope them rumours stop real soon for ya!
Sam: Yeah! That makes way more sense!
Sam: Oh so like me! I kinda of don't care as long as the person is a good dude or dudette. I mean, I've kinda only dated ladies so far long term, but I've been with a few dudes. I just love to love people. I've never really woken up to see the sunrise, but I've definitely stayed up until sunrise before.
Hunter: It's fine. I mean, it's possible I'm too... particular about things. And people. Not as trusting as I could be.
Hunter: Good.
Hunter: I'm not exactly a casual guy, so my relationships have varied from too many "first dates" to at least a handful of months. With a mixture of people. I've done both, although when I've stayed up to see the sunrise, it's never really been with that intent.
Hunter: So what are you doing when you stay up until dawn?
