So I hereby declare that right now I will show you all my tickle headcannons right here and now, I love this dumb tall clown man
SO STARTING US OFF
-Ler-
-as a ler buggy will have no problem capturing his victim with his splitting ability and getting them just like that
-he can easily use his hands to tickle anyone's worst spots without having to worry about getting kicked in the face
-he is a very evil little man when it comes to dishing out tickles, he'll be all like "not so tough huh?! No one can beat the clown pirates! Not even you!"
-also I feel like making any statement towards his nose will set him off (as it usually does) and you will be sent straight to the death as he'd most absolutely obliterate you right then and there with tickling
-he knows when to stop (if you haven't made him angry)
- he'll usually laugh along with you in a mocking type way, usually just playfully
-Lee-
- HOOOO BOY
-this man here, will deny ANY signs of being ticklish
-he is embarrassed about it and will start getting defensive but mostly in stutters
- once you get him you'll soon realize that hey, this man, this skringle of a clown, stupid ticklish
- his sides, legs, and hips are probably pretty back spots, but his feet and stomach are the killers
-his splitting ability can be good for escaping his tickly situation since his body parts can just float away
-oh but his feet can't
-grab them, he'll realize his mistake and soon you'll have a collapsed screechy laughing clown as he struggles to put himself back together as you obliterate his foot with tickles
-he has a loud laugh
-pretty stubborn when it comes to asking for mercy
-also pretty grumpy in general and it makes it all the more worth it to hear him laugh
-he does snort and has the ol high pitched giggle and it's adorable
-you can easily grab his feet and/or torso and just run off with it, hide, and have fun watching him try to find you as he's an angry laughing mess
-he doesn't like to be tickled but doesn't hate it, he prefers to be the tickler since it's less embarrassing (for him lol) but if you gotta get him then get him good, and sneak attacks are much more worth it, just watch out for the hands!
Oh really, Whisp~? So you DIDN’T back out on my plan, allowed me to be dragged down, and then tickled by FIVE different lers, one of which happened to be YOU?!
Hoists arms above head and goes right for the armpits
Reveals a silver metal collar around my neck (like Deku’s metal thing around his neck sorta) and presses the button

Stumbles backwards and collapses to my knees as bright pink and white fur begin to grow around my body, with a long tail growing out the back, tipped with a feather like appearance
Wails as small blunt claws form on my hands, the wailing degrading into small growls before lifting head to show it had a canine like snout with rows of blunt pointed teeth
Hello T, I must drop off some potential information the todoroki family. Dabi sneaks in and tickles different members in their sleep then leaves quickly the moment the lee starts waking up
YES ABSOLUTELY
Dabi misses his family greatly, so he does pay them a visit from time to time. Here's a lil snippet for that good idea! Warning for spoilers to the manga.

Dabi unlocked the window with a small *click*, being wary of anyone who could be potentially watching him in the dead of night. He looked to his left, then his right, then slowly pulled the window open. He winced as the window let loose a piercing creak through the empty midnight air. Dad really needed to oil the hinges on this thing.
He silently crawled through the open space, and closed it after. He was now inside his old childhood home. Nostalgia filled his chest and he blinked back a few tears. Now was not the time to be sad, he had family to visit!
This time, he would visit Shoto, his youngest sibling.
He tiptoed into the boy's room, not daring to click the light switch. He crept through the darkness over to the youngest Todoroki's bed. Shoto lay there on his back, practically dead to the world. Dabi smirked. Shoto always slept like a rock.
He reached down and, ever so gently, pulled the blanket down. It was a relatively warm night, so Dabi didn't have to worry about accidentally chilling his sibling. Then, he reached out and with a feather-light touch, brushed Shoto's ribs.
The boy squeaked and wriggled a little in his sleep, and Dabi had to keep from outwardly cooing. Shoto tended to hide his softer reactions while he was awake, but while he was asleep, he was vulnerable.
Dabi grinned and fluttered his fingers at the two-quirked boy's tummy. Shoto giggled and smiled in his sleep, and it reminded Dabi of the old days. Little Shoto used to giggle just like that when he was just a baby.
The youngest Todoroki seemed to move a bit in his sleep, exposing his tummy more. Dabi's eyes widened. Was the little guy getting a lee mood in his sleep? How precious! He leaned down and nuzzled the boy's tummy, making his shirt ride up. Shoto giggled harder and his smile grew.
He continued lightly tickling the littlest Todoroki until he started hiccuping in his sleep. Shoto's eyelids twitched. "SHIT!" Dabi inwardly shouted, and stealth-rolled out of the room just as his little brother's eyes blinked open.
Shoto sat up, yawning and glancing around confusedly. He was having the nicest dream that he was back with his brother Touya again. Oh, well. He rolled over and dozed off.
Dabi climbed back out the window, smiling triumphantly. He had missed seeing his little brother's smile! He made his way back to the LOV hideout, sighing contentedly. He was gonna gush about his baby brother's giggles to the first LOV member he came across.

In My Hero One’s Justice 2, both Izuku and Bakugo are confirmed ticklish! When zapped by Kaminari’s power, there’s the chance they’ll say “That tickles”!
In the first video, Izuku says it at 0:55 and 2:37.
In the second one, Bakugo says it at 1:36 and 2:09!
Guys get your cameras! This event only happens once in a blue moon! Look at Var! He's a ler! Poor dude can't help but giggle and laugh along with his lee tho~ He swears he can feel it! Daiso is so confused too cause since when did Varras tickle people?? And damn his giggling is making it so much worse! Well at least they're having fun 😊
