Can I ask a question?

I don't feel like myself. Half the time, I feel disconnected from myself and from others. And sometimes I dissociate myself from a situation.

How does it feel when you are co-con? I am starting to suspect that I am a system, and half the time I feel like I am in control, but I feel like a different person. I don't identify with the person that looks at back at my body in the mirror.

Does this mean anything? I am so scared and so confused...

It feels like I'm being pulled out of a side of my body. Like I'm half hanging out.
