Sakura: What I saw... was the students, presumably the Student Council, killing each other. I could not believe my eyes. I immediately got out of here as soon as I saw that nauseating video, and I told my fiancée what I have discovered, including the argument.]
Wait what!? You not only heard the argument and heard about "Sato's" death, but you also witnessed outright a group of students killing each other in the video!?
I knew it... I had a bad feeling about "this school", before, but after hearing all of this, this really takes the cake! Babe, if your listening, please DO NOT under any circumstances step foot into "that school" It's dangerous. Promise me, wherever it it's investigating, or curiosity, or someone you need to met, cancel all of that, and never go there. It's not an advice, it's a warning.

B-But how...?! This can't be real... Can it...? [Her phone starts to ring] Who's calling me!? [She quickly picks up the phone]
Babe, are you seeing this!? The whole city has turned into a massive warzone here! We need to find a place to hide and fast! I'm so convinced it's The Steering Communities' schemes that has caused all this!
The Steering Communites!? What about them!? What did they do?!

Sakura: I was in so much shock. I couldn't register what my fiancée said about the Steering Communitee being the one behind this apocalypse. But I was in so much shock, that I just stood there, paralyzed. Eventually, my fiancée had arrived in his car to come pick me up.

[Sakura hops in Mujitsu's car, and he drives off at high speed.]
And of course, me and my fiancée went to hiding, and you know the rest of what happened. And to mention, after my fiancée was falsely arrested, whilst I was looking for someone to help, I learned more about The Tragedy and more facts about Hope's Peak Academy a little bit, for instance, like I said, "The Steering Communitee" scamming people, and I've also found out that Hope's Peak Academy had been used for a "Mutual Killing Game", and that it has also been heavily armed with weapons, preventing anyone from trying to interfere there.
W-what the hell? That's so crazy!! I've seen so much weirder in court, but hearing your story just caught me off guard!
So, The Steering Communitee are the ones responsible for The Tragedy happening?'
According to my fiancée and some others, it seems like it, but I'm still not 100% certain. That's all the information I was told for now.
(That's going to explain why we saw some buildings been repaired...)
(But even so... hearing that story... I think I'm going to have nightmares for weeks.)
So that's the story of why Hope's Peak Academy was never a great school to begin with. If I could do anything to prevent all that from happening, I would have done it a long time ago. And to think that same Tragedy had taken my fiancée away from me.

TV: Breaking news! A hideous crime has happened outside the streets. A woman was found dead last night with multiple stab wounds at 5:00 AM. Police are trying to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. However, we have a witness here, who seems to have identified the killer responsible for this crime. They say it's none other than "Takumi Burūburossamu". The supposed killer will be put on trial in just a few weeks.
