"Yeah, sure. Let me just get my gift wrapping supplies." He pointed to behind him and went into the back office to grab is gift wrapping stuff. "I got a couple different wrappings if you want to pick one."
Fenrir considered saying something, he kept his eyes locked on this echo of a warrior in a mixing of feelings. Even if this face was familiar, it was easy to realize that the Fandral he knew was still dead. Maybe it was better that way. He had no compassion for the man, no anger, and no sadness. The wolf sat down, his temper lost, still staring at him, calmly, just curious to see if this man was fool enough to try to interact or if he would run like many weak humans?
Trevor was carefully backing away, his hands raised in front of him and keeping his eyes on the dog. It didn't look like it was going to attack, but still. "Are we...are we good? Can I go?" he asked, pointing towards the exit. He could just run but he had learned that sometimes running from a predator only made things worse.

megan was young when her power first appeared to her and soon after that the faerie side to her appeared more and more. soon her ears turned into points like an elf, and the wings on her back were not something that could come and go. she found herself diving into the fantasy world of things like lord of the rings where people like her existed for real. "oh wow!" her wings that had been previously tucked under her hoodie popped out as she fluttered across the store to take a look at the replica sword. "this looks exactly like it! wow, they really got all the details right. this is amazing! how much would something like this be? i don't think i have enough but i could save up for something like this!"
Trevor had just turned back to her when he noticed the shift and froze as he saw the wings and the ears. Holy shit, was she a fairy? He shouldn't be totally surprised because this was New York and there were super heroes and everything, but still, to see them in his store was shocking. "It...uh...sorry, does that normally happen?" he asked, pointing to her wings.
"Forget it." The old man decided after staring at it for a few seconds, it wasn't what he meant by music, he will find something else, somewhere else. "You do gift wrap?" He asked while moving to the checkout.
"Yeah, I can do gift wrap. Just give me a minute...." He went into the back of his shop and grabbed some gift wrap and tape. "It'll be just a minute if you want to look around or anything."
“Wow, good for you. Your eyes and ears do still work. Maybe you should use those eyeballs of yours to find me a new spare part for this doohicky.”
Trevor kept blinking in shock and confusion. This raccoon was talking to him! But eventually he shook his head and looked at the "doohicky." "Uh...what is this?"
"Trevor Newly , with a y right ? " he repeated and asked while signing then gave the action figure back. "There you go Trevor , please wait at least 4 months before selling it on e-bay or I'll be hurt in my feelings" he joked.
"With a y, yeah." Trevor was practically giddy with excitement as he was handed back the action figure and saw Tony's signature. "Oh, no way am I selling this! This is going in a glass box and being proudly presented on my wall!"
"Don't mention it. You might see an influx in sales , free advertisement of my face being here. " He took one of his own action figures and signed the box with a special message for "What was your name again ?" he asked.
"Trevor," Trevor said rather quickly and excitedly as he watched Stark sign the action figure for him. "Trevor Newly."
Transformers . She also liked those when she was a kid. She looked at the price tag, and thought to herself that could indeed fit. “And you think it’s not gonna be … uncool ?”
"Transformers? Uncool? No way. Transformers are so cool."
"I'm flattered, but keep your discount for kids with no money and big dreams wanting to read comics or play D&D" he argued and gave him 200 for it , as it was the prize it was worth plus extra.
Trevor nodded rather enthusiastically as he looked down at the couple hundred dollar bills. "Oh, wow.....really? You don't have to pay the extra, Mr. Stark. Really."
The guitar was supposed to be a thing? Logan cocked an eyebrow and looked at the shelves, not sure what he was looking for. "Collector music boxes uh?"
"Yeah, I got some from horror movies that do the creepy songs....like I think I have one that does the Freddy Kreuger lullaby. And I know I have one in the shape of the snitch from Harry Potter that does the Harry Potter theme."
"i'm just looking around really! you've got a lot to look at in this shop. " pixie smiled as she explored the aisles. the small welsh girl had always loved comic books and all things nerdy. growing up she never had much money for things like this. she had always just had to look at them through the shop window. "is this your store? do you have anything for lord of the rings? one of my favorite books? have you read it...of course you have. i mean look at your store. but actually you never know."
"Yeah, it's mine," he replied as he watched her move around the store, "And I've read the Lord of the Rings a few times. I even own the extended editions on DVD. Oh, and I have a couple replicas....hang on," he said, disappearing to the back of the shop and coming out with a replica of Glamdring. "It took me a while to find this but I finally did. Here, take a look."
"I'm certain you'd make it through, Trevor," Sif shook her head, patting his shoulder as she slipped past him to continue browsing. "Luckily for you, I can't simply abandon you now. Where else in this city would I find a... Demogorgon plush toy and good company?"
"I would hope nowhere else," Trevor replied as he crossed his arms and tried to lean against his shelves all suavely, however he didn't gauge the pull of gravity well enough and fell a bit more than he intended to, making the shelf shake a bit.
“He’s 9 and very demanding. ” he replied , relieved that she might get something at least.
"Ah, nine....good age. I think I have an idea that could work." Waving at her to follow him, he guided her to one section of the store and pulled down some old-school Transfomers action figures. "I don't think I've ever met a kid who didn't like Optimus Prime and Bumblebee."
The old man cocked an eyebrow at all of this, not really impressed. "Sure... The Game of Thrones dragons will do." He said before checking the shelves and realizing the size and price of this stupid dragon. "Yeah, I'm taking it." He casually said before looking at the rest of the shop. "Any chance you got some music stuff?"
"Music," he muttered, muttering to himself as he moved over to one of his shelves, "I think I got some collector music boxes. Oh, and I have a model of the guitar Eddie used in the new Stranger Things season."
Sif hummed a bit as she pretended to weigh her options, finally letting out a soft sigh and nodding. "Well I suppose that is a fair deal. Besides - they play the most awful music, spending any length of time in there would be dreadful."
Trevor breathed out a sigh of relief, although he was sure that she would stick around. At least, he hoped she would. "You are a saint, Sylvie. I don't know what I would do if you stopped dropping by."
"I do think I saw a new place open up down the street last week. Bit of competition would do you wonders, wouldn't it?" Sif grinned a bit, biting back a laugh that threatened to slip out. "Oh that would be quite perfect, I think. My friend does adore both Thor and PopTarts."
"It might give me more stress and grey hairs, honestly," he replied, standing up a bit straighter. "Well then I think we can work something out. But only if you promise not to shop at my competitors. I would hate to lose my best customer."
He could so easily tear him apart, it wasn’t even funny. So weak, it felt stupid. So Fenrir pressed a little harder, to make him suffocate a bit before finally letting go with a sigh, putting his paw away.
Trevor sucked in his breath as the wolf pressed down harder on his chest and clenched his eyes shut as he waited for whatever was about to happen. But as the weight lifted off of him he opened his eyes and quickly scrambled to his feet and backwards, keeping his eyes on the dog to see what he was going to do next.
