Thought I'd do a weight loss/body shaping update as well whilst I'm here as some of you are asking! I am close to losing 4 stone meaning I only have another 3 stone left to go. I'm going gym 3 days a week doing 1-2 hour sessions, and I alternate what I work on but it's mainly cardio and core I work on most as they are my problem areas. My stretch marks are almost all gone which has made me jump for joy! I'm now a size 12 or a 14 in some things depending on the store I'm shopping in! I will of been doing slimming world a year end of January next year so I'm extremely happy with how fast this weight has fallen off! Waist training wise, I'm now down to a 26" corset which I can almost close and I don't know if I'll go down any smaller just yet until i lose another couple stone as it's looking very very cartoon like! and my waist is 32" without one on. Basically I'm in shock with my body now, I look in the mirror and it doesn't even look like my body is become SO drastically different since training in the gym and I'm so happy! If you are thinking about losing weight I highly recommend slimming world as it's been so easy to do and I've never once felt hungry, and please feel free to message me if you are struggling or need guidance. I just said my last ever goodbyes to this chap, my best friend since I was 9 years old and my most favourite creature on this planet Barney. He's been very poorly for a while now and today we made the desicion to let him go after a rough night of him being ill. I am completely heartbroken but I want to remember him for the loveable dufus he was. We got him as a puppy because he was meant to be a guide dog yet has the brain capacity of a goldfish. He never ever learnt to play fetch even til his last moments and literally ran off with the ball and hid but that's what I loved most about him. He had the strongest personality of any animal I've known and he had the ability to love more than I can comprehend. He may of been a dummy but he knew when I needed him and always comforted me when I was sad and celebrated with me when I was happy. The tears are streaming and I'm going to miss you do much barney bee. I love you more than words can ever say and I hope you find peace in doggy heaven 😢😢💔🐶❤
