Hello!

I don't smoke (I actually really hate the smell and will move a good 3 meters away from anyone who smokes in my vicinity in public 💀).

I used to drink a little bit of wine (like a half glass but diluted with water) during meals, but I've stopped since the beginning of the year because of health reasons (it made my GERD really worse).

I've being doing a lot better now.
