since this is from ZENlMATION, it’s official

ever since i saw that scene of raya standing in the rain from the trailer, i really wanted to see it in the film but then, i understand why they didn’t put this in the final film because the dragons turned to stone except for sisu so there shouldn’t be any much rain. 

this is very beautiful, so i love it so much. 

two more things, this feels like a further peek to raya’s isolation of living alone, only having tuk tuk as a solid company for six years.

finally, since the dragons came back at the end of the film, so there will be a lot of rain now, this looks like a sneak peek to what a raya sequel might look like (either a movie or a series) and it’s getting me ALL excited

Hey @thankfullyimgay ! Do you know what a Big Bang is? If not, it's essentially where writers and artists sign up to do a challenge together. Writers are challenged to write a 10k(+) fic of their own inspiration, and they are paired with artists who create fanart of their fic. So, at the end of the challenge, the whole fandom gets awesome fics and art to enjoy. And it's a fun process for writers and artists to be working collaboratively.

The Raya/Namaari Big Bang is being organized here. Although it says the registering interest deadline has passed, feel free to submit your name anyway! We are reshuffling the timeline a bit since we realized that we should be more inclusive for people only joining the fandom after June 4th. So look out for schedule updates coming in the next couple of days.

We welcome aboard anyone who wants to join - writers and artists, or even beta readers!

Hey! Sorry for the lack of communication for the big bang ^^

You definitely haven't been cut...the big bang is open for everyone and we certainly aren't excluding people. I've been offline for a bit thanks to real life, so am currently trying to catch up with the other mods so we can get an update out for everyone. I know their plan was to push the schedule back a bit so the newbies to the fandom after June 4th passed could learn about it, but that should have been communicated!

All in all, it is still happening and I will push for an update.
