I got to design a Pride themed print for Globe Hope, a Finnish company that uses only recycled and second hand materials. I wanted to highlight the diversity of the HLBTQIA+ community - there are many shades in the rainbow and we all have the right to be seen and heard as we are and to be proud of who we are. As a wlw this was such a dream project for me 💖 The tote bag with the print is now available for preorder at Weecos!

I designed a pattern for a dress that a finnish politician Sanna Lauslahti is going to wear for the Presidential Independence Day reception! (it's the day when all finnish gather around their televisions to watch people shake hands with the president. So this is a pretty cool thing!) I made the pattern during my internship at Globe Hope and the pattern is based on a collage by Vivi Lauslahti.
