Stolas & Gibbet

The relationship of these two is a mutual one of give and take moving in unison.

By keeping Stolas as a consciousness, Gibbet risks being overshadowed and being put to slumber. Stolas has fused with the Stolasophia part of her soul, it allows her to inherit the power of the Demon God Pillar and the associations with that. It comes at the cost of being conscious.

Stolas similarly is asleep and suppressing some shared memories and knowledge, so long as she is asleep, Gibbet cannot recall some of her powers nor some of the details of her meetings and what exactly pulled them into being summoned.

Gibbet is thinking she was summoned by a familiar master, but her master just resembles “that person”. She is under the impression that her summoning is a determined summoning and that she matches her master personality wise, and it was a small chance.

Stolas knows that is not true and what happened in the void as they transferred over to a new world. As well as the Curse that followed them, due to the rules.

Stolas is a Caster Class due to being a demon and wraith, so her magick usage is superior to ordinary casters. Some of this is seen in Gibbet as she uses a Caster Focus to change classes and borrow some of this power.

Gibbet is an Assassin Class due to her shifty way of hunting prey and killing quickly in two decisive moments in her life, as well as her fusion to Carmilla’s saint graph to exist as a full demiservant. She has Presence Concealment and can project her appearance in anyone’s eyes while remaining hidden until her first attack.

Stolas can borrow Gibbet’s Origin of Binding power to enhance her sealing powers and magick, making her magick close to the level of the Age of Gods because a Gibbet and Gibbet herself share the concept of Binding things by nature of Stolasophia which is the core of their powers.

Dream of a Friend

“I just want to see him again.. Even if it was as a pile of junk..”

“All I wanted, was to continue on in a world they would not find..”

When they met, she was afraid, but the Pillar spoke to her in a gentle voice.

“Be not afraid.. I sought you out.. Your wish could make a world..” It said, with an insistence that seemed to resonate with her heart.

“A world.. but how? I just want my father back.” She argued, with welling tears.

“He cannot exist normally.. But if you and I work together, we could get what we want. Don’t you hate them? Want them to pay?”

“I do..”

“Then let us become.. friends.. And we can make the world how we want it!”

Under the moon light, they made a promise, tendril to pinkie finger, that they would be friends forever. That everyone in humanity would pay for their sins. So the torture would never slumber again.

She would increase her number of friends.

“My my, I see we share lot in common~. Well, as my Master, I assure you if you allow me, that I will keep you alive to the very end. Even if I am not the best class, I have some ways around that to give us advantages.” Gibbet laughed.

She opened and set the pieces of sweets up at their spot, and setting their drinks across from another, sitting down with a smile. Taking a long sip of her tea, and sighing very serenely.

“Mm, good, tea is still tea here. So, given our introductions, I would like to know what you expect of me? After all, you do have three crests that can force me to perform any request, I would like to avoid those being used on me so wastefully. Those crests do more than give you control, they also can boost my power and such. And that might just be useful later on in all this.”

“Hehe, sorry, I worry it would make you not want me around. But, Yes, ANY wish you and I want will come true~. Once all of the other servants are slain, we will have enough mana to make any desire happen~!” Gibbet spoke a bit more excited explaining the wish then anything.

She settled them at an isolated table on campus, setting things down, and seating them finally, her clothes changing to a more conservative dress.

“You are right. In this war we have been tossed together, so we should win and get OUR wishes! Ehem.. But we can handle that later. Right now, I do think we need to settle down, right? Get acquainted~.”

“I am Gibbet, I’m the daughter of a torturer, and have acted in such before too. I am the eldest of three sisters, and well I did some other things once, but torture i-was my main profession til now!” Gibbet gave a minor introduction.

Gibbet didn’t mind the snuggling, as they walked, but the sudden question caused her to pale for a moment. She realized fast she was going to have to explain something very delicate.

“Not your soul or such... Just, by obtaining me, you.. Have been entered into a secret war of magic users all battling to obtain a wish.. B-But! Its only 6 other people that are involved! And I am here to keep you safe and win those for you!” Gibbet explained, trying to hide the fact she was really going hard on avoiding the implications of what she just said.

“Okay.. look I know how that comes off, Maa, but it has not actually begun just yet. So technically we aren’t in danger totally yet?” She tried to add as reassurance.

“Of course, Maa, I have much and more to pay you back with~. Rest assured, I have good news for you with my coming and such~.” Gibbet had assured, shifting to hold Malus entirely in one arm while using the other to carry their purchases. She was simply happy her master was hearing her out.

“Speaking of such, I will be happy to answer any of your questions about things ending up with me here and my binding to you as we eat.”

Walking them off with their food and to a place to sit and talk in private.

The gold cup filled, but not with just pure mana. With a boiling black substance that overflowed from inside.

From her eye a single black drop fell, as her skin seemed to darken in shade.

Drip, drop. Drip, drop. Drip, drop.

Black tears of mud dripped like streaks down her cheeks. Her eyes narrow slits, and filled with an evil light, as mud dripped from her body.

She smiled at the woman.

The woman that revived her.

The woman she would now serve.

"I am most sorry... but you have given me the last push I desired. Finally~. Thank you, Maa.. I remember it all.. What a fool I was, I was never meant as a servant alone.. but a Pretender~." 'Gibbet' admitted, as the clothes on her changed form in light and reknitted to her as a dress that much resembled a net, and did little to hide her body.

"I am 'Gibbet', but that is a lie, I am Stolasophia and that is most certainly a lie~. I am neither her exactly, or myself, but the monster that left wishing to cage this world forever as a beast... because that is my heart's desire. One day, I will grant you a loving world, strung up with a 'gibbet'."

"Let us get along, and make us lots of allies~. And even stranger bedfellows~."

From the toxic mud, the wraith was brought back, along with her omens and desires.

Stolasophia, was and would play as "Gibbet", at the whim of her Master. She would live her lie, as the being always made of culminating powers and lost identities.

Pretending to be sinless, while being the daughter that spread evil.

Her final ascension.

“Hmm, I like German Black Forest Cake, Depending on what you like if you want something fruity with earl grey then I would place my recommendation on a regular strawberry cake. Though black tea would be more to my liking too, it makes me feel at ease.” Gibbet gave her opinion, she would honestly like to calm down with a nice warm cup of tea.

“I find it comforting our terms are very closely the same.. It is good to know I ended up in the better part of pan-human history..” She commented, looking at the sweets. “Can.. We get some macarons for my sisters too, Maa?”

For some reason, looking at all of this made her feel for wanting to let her sisters join her and the new master she had obtained. Her instincts told her well enough that she was luckily in the hand of a good natured person, if perhaps a woman with many wants. But it was good enough to appease her itching nature.

“Hm, I see~. I think I will call you Maa, considering your name and that you are my master~.” Gibbet decided pretty fast, as they strode forward through students into the cafeteria.

“Yes, but you did not order me to change the clothes I was summoned in, just the cage. I cannot help the fact my form is initially distorted from various circumstances, so I apologize. Bear with me, till we find a nice place for me to change my form some. Alright, Maa?” 

Having made her peace on that, she found the line for the food selection and such, leaving the selection to her master. Merely acting as her legs, since she showed no sign of wanting to be put down yet. She simply thought ahead and in her closed fist, alchemized a few gold coins, as they shuffled along.

Rightful

She did not need to sleep.

Once again, sleep did not come to her after her summoning, and she looked at her hands smiling to herself. She was finally like her sisters, it made her happy. This body felt better, much better, it was made to be used.

Her nightmares never would plague her again, and she felt to an extent they would be worse now.

So she stayed awake and watched.

It felt like a mirror.

She watched that woman slumber after exhaustive ‘activities’. In that state, she had something like time to herself.

She carefully took a book from the sleeping woman’s bookshelf. It was of malice that marked circuits, of human suffering, and of the grandest tortures.

She almost did not notice when the other yawned with a wakeful stretch.

She was curious about [ Her ] , but in this way she got as she had wished.

To see that faded name and face.

She did not expect such, but if she would be put to work, she was prepared. Her whole life had been in service, and once more it would now be in service to this woman. She kept her smile, and did as she had been bided to do, lifting the other with her heavy chest rather easily.

“My, my, you put your servant’s body to work without question.. Then let us go~.” Gibbet spoke without strain, walking very leisurely down the walkway of the campus toward a cafeteria.

“May, I ask something of you, if we are to be such as this. Master, and Servant. Might I hear your name?” She asked as they made their way, people staring at them a bit oddly, especially with the getup she had been summoned with.

“Essentially, I can resist though.. But I am also somewhat confused, I thought you were someone else.. Oh well, I will serve you so long as you supply me mana~. If you believe you must force it, you do have that power with those marks.” Gibbet continued, trying to be clear as she could about the nature of their contract, as well as the fact she was expecting else.

“I will try not to overwhelm you, think of me as a personal maid if you must. Except I require no pay nor sustenance save for the mana you possess. I can assist and tend to you as I am asked to~.”

She stood, letting the chair disappear, and smiling still as she approached Malus.

“Please, call me Gibbet, Master~. Let us both get along, after all, we are bound together~.” She finished, polite and to the point.

"Oh? How curious.." She replied, with little effort the cage exploded into a light dust that left no trace, leaving just a woman in heels and a large dress.

"I am Gibbet, you have brought me forth, a spirit servant and contracted me to serve you.. well if I bother to.. so long as you live and have mana, we will remain bonded~."

“What you witnessed was my mystical summoning.. Look upon your hand, it should be marked.. That is proof of our contract.” From under Gibbet a pool formed and a solid chair with spikes rose up, gently letting her sit down. “Is there anything else you need to know, Master~?”

The world bubbled and rotted, a world lost, yet unable to grow to be more. Like an egg stuck closed. Wouldn't one day someone come and let them out to try... and bloom evil.

A blonde woman stood watching the night, but nothing would come to change this rotten world's slow degrading.

"When will this Chaldea come.. Lord Beritoad?" She asked, looking out at the mountains.

"One day, we can only faintly signal and hope to attract an agent. Gero." A man's voiced croaked, a wet series of splats following along as he hopped out of his pot to look at the woman.

The ritual had given her a new outfit wrought like an iron cage, but with white thin cloth to obscure the open red dress.

Carmilla.

Gibbet fit her well, but a certain someone caused them to cobble her to form.

Now she was a barely held bomb slowly ticking away. The victims of this world the only sheep feeding the self destruction.
