If you remember our time in Mesopotamia the way I do..
Tired of swimming in hot garbage, are we?
looking for a demon | {closed to crowley}
The demon did have a point; Azazel would be no easy target to track down. Anna knew Zachariah was looking for him, but she didn’t know who else was on the trail. Lucifer wouldn’t be stupid enough to let Azazel out in the open; there were be wards, protections, all manner of booby traps - and few, if any, ways to track him down. Apparently, demons couldn’t feel each other’s presence as angels could; as vague as the feeling often was, it came in handy. Still, they would do everything they could to try.Â
"Of course," Anna nodded. "You’re not the only one looking for him - we’ll find him eventually."
Anna hesitated for just a moment, uncrossing her arms and taking the bill in her hands, playing with it a little. She was still nervous trusting a demon, and the more information she gave him, the more danger she put herself in. Who knows what would turn him against her. Knowing demons - it probably didn’t need to be much to turn loyalties. A bottle of scotch in this one’s case, maybe.Â
"I’m Anna," she said finally, meeting Mammon’s gaze. "If you manage to find Azazel, I’d be happy to buy you a bottle of scotch."
Crowley wondered just exactly what he was getting himself into. There were others looking for Azazel? How many? What on earth had he done to have a bounty on his head? This had to have something to do with Lucifer, he was sure of it. Which, as far as he was concerned, was not good news. But if all of heaven was after him than maybe there wasn't that much cause to worry. Plus, he was going to divert his attention to finding. Not like he had much to do here other than wait for something big to happen, anyway. He was long past the point of being offended by other people's prejudice against demons, although in this case he really did feel like he should be treated a bit better. He'd stopped Lucifer from wining, after all. And... stopped Michael from potentially winning. Alright, maybe not. "Nice to meet you, Anna," he smiled, and the name didn't immediately ring a bell. Not like he made a point of hanging around too many angels. "And happy to drink it with me?" He asked, although it was more like a rhetorical question. For whatever this big favour would entail, it seemed like he should definitely deserve a little party in his name. Growley growled, impatient at having to stand in an angel's presence. Crowley glanced over to the hound and then to her, "Think that's my cue, darling. I'll give you a ring if I hear anything. Don't hesitate to call if something big comes up."Â

looking for a demon | {closed to crowley}
Anna rolled her eyes a little. Typical, the demon perspective on Heaven - it was supposed to be a beautiful thing, the ultimate reward for living well. How could anyone get tired of their happiest, best memories? That wasn’t how Heaven worked, anyway.Â
She didn’t say as much to Mammon, though she was sure he would get the gist by her expression.Â
"Do you have anything to actually help me with, or are we just going to stand here and compete over who has it better?" Anna asked. She folded her arms over her chest, looking at the demon critically. "If you’re serious about helping me, we should come up with a plan. Or at least a way to get in contact with each other, if we happen to find something."
In a way, Anna wanted to keep an eye on this demon. He knew a lot more than he should, and even though he seemed earnest enough about helping her (as far as demons could be honest, anyway), Anna wasn’t 100% sure she could trust him to keep the information to himself.Â
He has skillfully evaded - or rather played dumb to the angel's questions, and it's sort of a good thing to look like he's got some ulterior motives. The easiest explanation as to why he wants to get rid of Azazel is for power, which isn't necessarily untrue. It's easier to play the power hungry demon than the the clever, self preserving one. Not like she would believe Crowley was good, anyway. Well, as good as a demon could get. He had saved the bloody world, after all. However, it seemed like she was becoming a bit impatient with him and he didn't want to lose this opportunity. It would be useful to ally with an angel against him (and Lucifer). For now, he didn't actually know where Azazel was, as that had been a thing he'd already been trying to do. "Without a soul to get my magic going I can't GPS him for you, but I'll see what else I can possibly work up." Aside from manpower to literally go look for him, he wasn't sure what he could do. If Lucifer might have been shielding him, it could have been even trickier. "You got a name, darling? So, I can pray to you, or however that works. As for me..." He dug into his pockets and extracted a recent bill from his run to the liquor store and held it out to her. "It's got my aura on it so that you can summon me with it." After all, if he tried to call Mammon well... that wouldn't actually do much good. "Bottle of scotch would be appreciated, too." Crowley definitely needed a drink in hand when dealing with angels. What a headache.

SPN MEMEÂ -Â Two demons Crowley
looking for a demon | {closed to crowley}
Anna breathed a little mental sigh of relief - it didn’t seem like this demon was on Lucifer’s side. She could work with that. Still, working with a demon was tricky work. Anna had to be careful to not give up too much ground, too many secrets. As long as Mammon gave her no trouble, Anna saw no reason to harm him. So long as he stayed out of the way of the angels.Â
"Heaven?" Anna repeated, skeptical. The way he put it made it sound like Mammon had considerable power, if he had claimed a piece of Hell for himself. That was not easy. “Can any piece of Hell be that good for a demon, even if you can call it your own?"
That was slightly worrisome, too. If she and her brothers managed to take down Lucifer, it would leave quite a power void in his place… Wouldn’t it? Anna knew that not all demons were loyal to her fallen brother, so certainly there would be a jostling for power after she and her brothers snuffed out the Morning Star, once and for all. Perhaps they would be able to have some say in who would ascend to power - if they played their cards right, they could cooperate and coexist. Anna’s brow furrowed in thought slightly. She needed to know more.Â
"I have no problem killing the demon Azazel if he has what I want," Anna said. “Even if he doesn’t hand it over, it would be likely to destroy him if he isn’t careful."
She paused. “What do you stand to gain from Azazel’s death?" she asked carefully, more curious than anything. Anna knew very little of demon politics, and was woefully behind since she had spent a long time, well, dead.Â
Crowley felt his own internal sigh of relief that this angel didn’t seem to be leaning towards Lucifer. Would any angels even consider such a prospect now that Lucifer had been defeated once before? If it was him that wouldn’t exactly seem promising, but there were much stupider people out there than him. That much had been proven when the first time around he’d been the only one who’d seen that any demon fighting for Lucifer was signing their own death warrant. How terribly paradoxical: demons practically by definition were disloyal, but somehow Lucifer was seen as god on earth to them. He tilted his head at her inquiry, and he supposed from her side it must have seemed like a rather boastful proposition. Theoretically, after all, there was supposed to be nothing quite like heaven. Although these days the place didn’t exactly sound like paradise. Crowley had been intimately aware of the fiasco when Raphael had tried to seize power, though all of that stuff didn’t probably affect the permanent residents there. “Oh, sure. A place of my creation limited only by my own imagination? Better than the permanent loops I hear you guys got upstairs.” He shrugged, and while everything he said was true he wished he was taking advantage of all of this. But oh no, Crowley had to make sure that the world continued to stay standing. And it was a good thing he was looking out for it because it didn’t seem like damn well anyone else was. The more she talked about whatever Azazel seemed to be hoarding the more it sounded like really was holding onto a nuke. What would he be holding onto that could also possibly accidentally kill him? That in itself probably told you enough about demons.Â
