Centrepieces. There is so much to hate about them! Too low - people can talk easily, but it looses the impact. Too high - it looks great but people can't talk around it and may get knocked over during the frivolities (this has happened! Beware!) None at all - boring! What I like about this lamp is that you can have the best of everything - it has a wide, sturdy base that you can decorate with candles, it's high enough that it will look great en masse, but the middle is so thin you guests can talk across to each other without feeling like they're on Perfect Match. And if you're worried about candles - go for the electric type - you can always use them afterwards for a romantic mood or a blackout!

It would be super easy to DIY this - create a stamp for yourself and go nuts - then sew or buy some bunting to hang in front. Want to make sure that the pictures turn out nicely? Think of setting up a camera on a tripod - that way you wont get shaky, blurry images and even the most novice photographer could get a good shot!

One thing I am most interested in at weddings is the bonbonniere. I think it really reflects the personality of the bride and groom, and as a lasting reminder of the wedding, I always keep them! Sometimes it's hard to think of something you can buy in bulk though, especially if you're on a budget. This is a fantastic idea - beautiful personalised sodas! You could just choose one flavour that you both love, choose a colour to match your wedding or have all six and let people choose. Perfect!

This is such a clever idea! If you're wanting to DIY your dessert, this is super easy to do - just bake a ton of mini cupcakes, buy your sprinkles in bulk and make up a ton of the 'fondue' (runny icing!) I'm not sure if this would be good for larger tables, but for more intimate weddings it would be a great shared experience!

So I could lie and say I featured this hair style because it would be perfect wedding day hair, etc, etc... but truly I just loved the colour of her hair that I wanted to share! Haha! You have to be so careful when decorating people's cars... some find it amusing... some not. And when you see some of the things done, you can't blame a bride and groom for being annoyed when they leave for the night to find someone has plastic wrapped the car! But this is so simple and pretty, I don't think anyone would be angry with you for adding this to the wedding car! Or you could even have these instead of the traditional ribbon on your wedding cars. I think I'm going to make one and add it to my car just to drive around with! That's not crazy is it?!
