Sharon Tate, photographed in Los Angeles by John Verzi on March 30th, 1967 and February 19th, 1968. In the photo on the left she was at The Daisy nightclub. In the photo on the right, she was attending her Los Angeles wedding reception. Both original slides are currently in the collection of the Los Angeles Public Library.

“The John Verzi Collection consists of approximately 13,000 mounted slides taken between 1960-1990 of actors and actresses, musicians, politicians, and other notable personalities. John Verzi (1934-2018) was a postal worker who took images of celebrities as a personal hobby. Possessing an uncanny ability for recognizing aging stars of Hollywood’s Golden Age as well as up and coming personalities, Verzi pursued his hobby primary in Los Angeles, but also in New York, England, France, Mexico, and Sweden. Despite the volume of the collection, Verzi’s interest was purely recreational, and he never shared or monetized his images. The Los Angeles Public Library acquired the collection in 2022.”

Headcanon: At every wedding in the family(post-series obv), at some point during the reception,

Dewey steals the mic and busts out with a cover of love is in bloom(Search MLP love is in bloom on YouTube). Including at his own wedding if he ever gets married. And the cover somehow gets worse every time.

Bonus headcanon: he actually takes the mic from someone just when they finish their speech at one of his siblings wedding.
