Even if there were a desire to step back, to abandon his goal and try to fix everything, there is simply no way back. The things that cannot be changed have already been done. The consequences cannot be undone…

But none of that matters in light of one important fact — Goro still remains true to himself. Even if this path leads him to certain death.
