Si algun dia lees esto que sepas que yo si te quise y que te hubiera esperado si me hubieras dicho algo, que estaba loca por ti, que sentia que el mundo empezaba donde empezaban tus palabras, y que acababa si me ignorabas. December is statistically the month with the highest suicide rate, and i know there are definitely people who follow me who are dealing with depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses, so this is a reminder to hold on- you made it through most of this year and you can make it a couple of weeks more. you can see 2018 as a new start if you want to, but remember you can also start over any time, and it’s never too late, you are never too broken. put on some music that helps you, look at positivity posts (or better yet close the computer for a bit) get outside if you can, read a book, take a warm bath, whatever is going to help you. if you’re reading this, know that someone cares- i care, and many others do too. and we don’t want to go into 2018 without you. stay safe.

I love the phrase “You will be found.” I just adore it. It isn’t, “Someone will find you.” It doesn’t focus on the other, it focuses on you. Because the someone could be anyone. They could be a parent, a friend, a teacher, a colleague, a concept (like art, writing, music), or even your own self. No matter who or what that someone or something is, you are still the focus. People will help you along the way, but ultimately, you will get better, you will live another day, you will grow and flourish and blossom. You will be found.
